Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I have spent the past hour trying to figure out how to redeem the two card codes I bought for Il Fornaio (a restaurant). Il Fornaio isn't listed on their redemption page, and googling it hasn't helped. In addition to the card number/code, the Il Fornaio website also requires a reg code -- but I can't figure out how to get that since Gameflip doesn't show Il Fornaio in their list of companies on the redemption page. So disappointed...

Dissatisfied with the dispute system

Disputes are a fairly rare occurrence on Gameflip, but when someone does initiate a Dispute, it often happens that you upload general proof of account delivery but forget certain details. The gist of the complaint is that support simply closes the Dispute to anyone who uploads as much evidence as possible of an account's functionality or inactivity, regardless of whether it's accurate or not. Buyers can upload anything they want, and support may not even check it thoroughly. I've had a couple of such cases where I had to contact support to have my case reviewed more thoroughly, and I actually got my money back. The key point is that no one removes my warning for these erroneous cases.

So, I'm giving it 2 stars because the Dispute system doesn't allow the reviewing moderator to "Request additional information on the case." You either upload everything at once or lose the Dispute because you forgot to upload the details yourself.

Its safe

It’s totally safe. Sellers so nice and usually get the things fast. Sometimes it takes longer though remind the time zones.
