Got my Rise of the Tomb Raider steam key the day of its release. I recommend gameholds.com for their competitive prices. I first thought I would get my key early because I pre-ordered, but the custome... See more

Quick and easy
Used paypal to buy Guild Wars 2. Didn't have to answer a call like some other sites that sell games. No problems at all.

Keys are sent manually...
Ordered today, expecting key to be sent automatically like every one of the other dozens of key sites I've used before. Nope. Nothing, they do it manually so they expect me to wait until they get back in to work after the weekend. That is pathetic and a joke. Opened a PayPal dispute, will escalate to claim and a charge back at bank level if need be.

Works fine
Didn't receive any sort of confirmation email, which made the service seem a bit dubious, but the game code arrived ahead of schedule and the price was great.

Second experience
Bought HOTS and LOTV. For HOTS: the key was delivered in 20 minutes. For LOTV, the key was delivered on the day of release.

Great site. Best customer service.
The site had an incredibly cheap price to pre-order Black Ops III on Steam. I pre-ordered the game for about £30 GBP and got it the morning of release.
Before I had pre-ordered Black Ops III, I realized I had purchased the wrong thing from their site. I had contacted their customer service about it and got a reply in 5 minutes. Each time I replied again, I got a reply within half an hour at least. Brilliant customer service.
I asked them for a refund for what I had originally purchased and then purchased Black Ops III. I got the money back today - one week after I asked for it (which is great).
I love this site. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Fallout 4
Perfect experience, low price. I don't even live in the UK, I live in the Netherlands. Paid like 36 bucks instead of 60 (?) for Fallout 4. Same game, same title, love it!
