Bought office 2019 key, tried to activate by phone as requested twice. It would not activate, I had to buy a product from elsewhere to get it working. I supplied screen shot of activation calls, I asked them to test it as it wasnt working but they refused. Refund also refused. Steer clear if you don't want to lose your money

Terrible service, misleading products, no refund offered, every email reply from customer service begins "UNFORTUNATELY"
there's no unfortunately about it the product was under described in completely the wrong section for the product i was hoping to buy, it's only £8.75 and they won't refund it!!! Won't be buying from them ever again. If i could have then I wouldn't even have given them 1 Star!

I had a problem with the initial attempt at setup but excellent and very speedy customer service response.

As this kind of businesses are operating in a real jungle I got recommended to use Gamekeydiscounter by an established It company. Excellent value for money, and keys that actually work. No dodgy payments. So I would use them for sure again.

I bought two products from this website. The first time the product key did not work and they had to send me another one. The second time, I did not use the product key right away and when I tried to use it it did not work. I contacted the customer service who asked for further proof, which I did. They then stopped responding and eventually refused to provide another key!!
I do not recommend using them
