Looking at 42 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently received products with quality issues, such as faulty components, tampered items, or discs with scratches and missing seals. Many also expressed dissatisfaction with pricing and the selling process, noting significant reductions in quoted prices and claims of defects to lower payouts. Great Experience

i have recently ordered an RTX 3080 from GameLoot and its actually an amazing experience. I received my product 5 days early and i was extremely happy about it. But i am giving this only 4 Stars because it has a bit dirt on it when it arrived, besides from that i have no complain. if i knew my experience would have been this good, i would ordered more expensive one, i was pretty cautious at the start but its fades away when it arrived.

My sell order was rejected without any explanation, and subsequently, the price they offered was reduced by half. On returning my CDs they purposely broke my PS titles and now I cannot even sell them anymore. Complete scam!

Mixed Experience: Trustworthy Purchases, Questionable Returns

Gameloot does deliver genuine products and usually delivers on time, which I appreciate. They also take responsibility during the warranty period and are willing to replace items if they are broken or faulty, which builds trust as a buyer.

However, there is a major downside when it comes to selling items back to them. In my experience, they often send CDs, and multiple times I have received discs that I never used, kept completely unopened, and later decided to sell back. If the game is not in demand, they frequently reject it by claiming there are scratches, even when there are none. Several discs they rejected for this reason were later successfully sold to GameNation, which raises doubts about their inspection process.

I also faced a similar issue with a PS4 controller I bought from them. I used it lightly for about a month and then sold it back. They deducted money claiming the controller had stick drift, which it did not have.

Overall, Gameloot is good and reliable for buying, but based on my repeated experiences, selling back items can be frustrating and unfair, especially when false issues are cited.

Worst experience with GameLoot

Worst experience with GameLoot. Bought motherboard, CPU, and GPU — system never gave display. After returning all items in original condition (with packing video proof), they suddenly claimed CPU bent pins and motherboard physical damage. Their testing was done with a different CPU, not mine, which doesn’t recreate the real issue. No clear proof of damage shared. Weeks of emails, misleading responses, and zero accountability. Buy PC parts here only if you’re ready to fight

Gameloot is Scam

Gameloot is Scam.

They sold me a FIFA 17 disc with scratches, etc and without a seal sticker on the disc. But the CD cover did have the Gameloot sticker.

I got issues on installation and when I reported it they said since the CD doesn't have a deal they can't take it back.

TitleA “new” PSU that turned out to be a refurbished nightmare.

I bought an Antec SP 1300W PSU from Gameloot about a year ago. From the start, the product looked shady — no factory seal, no serial number, and even the screws had been replaced. It was clearly opened and tampered with, but I decided to trust them, assuming maybe it was open-box or some warehouse mishandling.

For a while, with a smaller setup, it ran fine. But the moment I upgraded to a RTX 3090, the PSU started showing its true colors — unstable, cutting out under load, and clearly incapable of handling what a genuine 1300W Antec unit should easily manage.

Here’s the worst part: Antec PSUs come with a 10-year warranty. If Gameloot had sold me a legitimate, unmodified product, I could’ve reached out to Antec for support or replacement. But because they sold me a tampered unit with the serial number removed, I’m left with no warranty, no service, and no accountability.

This isn’t just negligence — it’s deceptive selling. Passing off refurbished or modified items as new is unacceptable. It cost me money, time, and trust.

If you’re planning to buy anything from Gameloot, don’t. They’ve shown me they can’t be trusted to deliver genuine, warrantied hardware. I’ll never risk my system or my wallet with them again.

Verdict:
🚫 No seal
🚫 No serial number
🚫 Tampered screws
🚫 Fails under load
🚫 Warranty void due to seller’s deception.

Rating: 0/5 — Stay far away.

1 Star – Horrible Service, Never Again!

Absolutely horrible experience with GameLoot’s repair service.

On 24 July 2025, I placed a repair order for my PS4 controller. It was picked up the next day, and from there, everything went downhill. It took them 17 days to repair and deliver it, and their communication was pathetic throughout.

For the first few days, they said they were “working on it.” Then suddenly one day, they claimed they never received my controller! I had to remind them that I had video proof of sending it. After that, they said they’d “check” and then ghosted me for 3 more days. They ignored all my calls — but when I called from another number, they instantly picked up!

After arguing, they admitted there was “miscommunication” and promised same-day shipping. Of course, that didn’t happen for another 3 days. I finally got my controller on 10 August 2025.

When I tested it later, I found it wasn’t repaired properly — it now had joystick drift and right-stick coverage issues that weren’t there before. I immediately contacted them under their 30-day warranty. They asked for a video, admitted the issue, and said they’d schedule a re-pickup — but nothing happened for 3 days.

When I mailed them again, they suddenly said the issue was “too minor” and refused the pickup! If it was minor, why did they agree to re-repair in the first place?

Weeks later, when I tried playing again, the issues got worse. The right joystick now gets stuck when pushed upward, and I can’t even switch weapons in Horizon Zero Dawn because of it. I mailed them again, but since the warranty expired (even though I had already reported the same issue earlier), they refused to help.

I even offered to pay again and asked for a small discount, but they still refused.

So, ₹1299 completely wasted.

GameLoot’s repair service is a mess — poor communication, zero accountability, and unreliable repairs. I’ve used them before, but after this, never again.

My Worst Nightmare Experience with Delhivery + GameLoot (Ghost of Yotei PS5 Preorder)

Hey everyone,
Never preorder any Game on Gameloot.
Just wanted to share my experience so others know what they might be getting into with Delhivery + GameLoot.

I pre-ordered Ghost of Yotei (PS5) on October 1, and the game released on October 2. GameLoot finally shipped it on October 3, and Delhivery listed October 8 as the delivery date. I was already disappointed—it’s a preorder, after all—but I still waited.
• October 8: No update all day.
• October 9: The app says “order slightly delayed.” That was the only message I saw for days.
• I’d paid full price, the game had been out for more than a week, and there was still no delivery. Out of frustration, I canceled the order.

Then things got even worse:
• For the next two days, the tracking showed a return date of January 1, which made no sense.
• On October 11, it finally changed to an estimated October 14 return date—but it still said “order slightly delayed.”
• Even after October 14 passed, it kept showing the same date.
• October 16, 10 AM: The app said “out for delivery”—and it stayed that way all day. No delivery, no update, nothing.

The customer-support process is a nightmare:
• Emails: No response.
• App tickets: You can’t raise one until the delivery date passes, and even then they barely reply.
• Phone support: It’s all automated loops. If you request a callback, they promise one in two hours—but whether they actually call seems to depend on their mood. Miss the call once and you’re done for the day.

At this point, I honestly don’t even know if they still have my package. My excitement to play the game is completely gone.

GameLoot + Delhivery = Worst combo for preorders.
If you value your time (and your sanity), avoid Delhivery. Even India Post feels faster and more reliable.

I preordered to play early, and instead I ended up with frustration, delays, and zero communication.

Edit: When I returned the package on October 9, it showed October 11 as the new delivery date. I was so frustrated that I ended up canceling it out of anger.

Thanks for reading.

GameLoot is an absolute scam

GameLoot is an absolute scam. They lost my Nintendo Switch during a return and have completely ignored every single email I’ve sent. No accountability, no response, no resolution. This company takes your products and then goes silent, which is nothing short of fraud. Their customer service is non-existent, and their behavior shows they do not care about customers at all. If you value your money and your devices, stay far away from GameLoot. They cannot be trusted.

I am going to lodge an FIR against them…

I am going to lodge an FIR against them as I am also facing the same issue with my PS5 sell order, I have all the video and image proofs of packing and handing over the fully functional product with all serial numbers, but their team is saying the CD player unit is not working and I can sense that it is a scam of replacing the original working part with the faulty parts. I have read the such same kind of reviews here already.

Gameloot damaged my item.

First of all, I don’t know why is there even a single star left to rate for review when it should have options for ‘no star’ or an option for minus -5 star. I had an excellent working desktop RAM which was fully tested before dispatching successfully. Few days later, gameloot calls me saying it is not working. I asked why since it was in an excellent and brand new working condition. They just blatantly said it is not being detected. And therefore, they kept the item for almost nearly a year without returning it. I kept trying to reach them but they were not answerable. I managed to contact them after many attempts and got my item returned but with a defect and it doesn’t work. They said they were trying hard to reach me but I was always around my phone and there were no missed calls or any calls whatsoever from them while even people from abroad are able to call me without fail. I was being lied too. And for a shocking revelation before returning it to me, the RAM stick at which I purchased from a retail store had a signature for warranty with a black marker wasn’t there. Out of suspicion, I checked for the same model with the unique brand name and I saw the same brand with the same specifications of my item posted for sale. Note to remember: I have experience in the field of computer hardware and information technology for over 20 years. I recommend only the locals to buy or sell from them. It’s too risky for people outside their location. And being an honest citizen of India, I hope this will help many innocent customers. It is not the price that I am reviewing for. It is about how sites like gameloot should remain true and trustworthy towards innocent citizens of India.
