(Solved. Refund received.) Beware, stay away from this seller!

On 19/02/2018 the full refund of the order was received. I have increased the rating by one star, not to say that this whole situation became acceptable, but to acknowledge that the seller eventually did the right thing. Thank you.

I will just state the facts that happened, and you be the judge for yourself, if this is acceptable behavior.

15/01/2018 @ 13:15h - Made an order for "Project Cars 2 Limited Edition" for the PS4, on this sellers web store, after taking particular care to check that it was in stock, and for which the seller displayed "Will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days".
23/01/2018 @ 12:33h - After 6 working days, and having not heard anything from the seller regarding my order, I sent an email requesting and update about it.
23/01/2018 @ 17:19h - I received a reply signed by Dennis van der Graaf, stating that "the delivery time was 5-10 days on the moment that you placed the order and will be shipped latest on 29-1".
23/01/2018 @ 17:23h - I replied back to this email, stating that this was wrong, and that I was absolutely sure that at the time I made the order it displayed "3 to 5 business days". Considering that shipping on the 29/01/2018 meant that this was effectively only shipped 10 business days after the date I made the order, I requested that if the shipping was not made sooner, that the order should be cancelled, and a full refund made ASAP.
23/01/2018 @ 17:42h - I received another reply by Dennis van der Graaf, stating that the order was closed, and requesting an IBAN for the refund.
23/01/2018 @ 17:46h - Sent an email, where I thanked for the cancellation of the order, and indicated my IBAN for the refund, as requested.
25/01/2018 @ 19:48h - After 2 days, and taking into account that when the order was made, the payment was made immediately through iDeal, and after checking my account and having not seen any refund credited there, I sent an email requesting that the situation was corrected immediately.
26/01/2018 @ 07:54h - Recieved a reply from Dennis van der Graaf, stating that "A manual booking will be visible within 14 days."
08/02/2018 @ 10:23h - Already particularly displeased with this situation, and finding that making the refund only 16 days after the cancellation was a very poor behavior, I sent an email reminding that I was still to receive the refund, indicating again the IBAN and the value of the order, and stating that there was no excuse for the refund to take any longer.
12/02/2018 @ 12:37h - After not receiving any reply from this seller, I sent an email stating that I would present a complaint to the proper authorities, and that I would also be making reviews about the seller, to let other people know of this behavior.

And here we are, 18/02/2018, still no refund and no communication what so ever, so as I indicated, I will be presenting a complaint about this seller, to the proper authorities.
My advice to anyone, is steer clear from a seller like this, whose temperament can vary from the perfect seller (as many reviews here show), to fraudulent behavior as the situation I am facing.
Beware, this may also happen to you!
Consider yourself warned.
