I ordered a Nintendo Switch Mario Kart bundle after seeing what looked like a great saving compared to retail price, fully aware there could be a wait for delivery. I stayed patient and sent numerous emails to Gurpaal asking for updates, but each time the estimated dates came and went with no order arriving.

After weeks of waiting, communication has now completely stopped. My emails are no longer being responded to and there has been no acknowledgement of the ongoing delays or any explanation as to what is happening with my order.

What makes this even more concerning is that the website is still live and continuing to take new orders while existing customers are left chasing answers. I have tried to remain understanding throughout, but the lack of honesty, updates and customer service has destroyed any confidence I had.

If you are considering ordering, be aware that the advertised savings may not be worth the stress, uncertainty and complete lack of communication. I am now left trying to recover my money after a very frustrating experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM. They have stolen money from me. I ordered a switch waiting over a month and it still hadnt been shipped. Emailed them for them to say that they have refunded me. 10 days later im still waiting???

Item never arrived a month later. No reply from the seller via email after repeated attempts. Raised a dispute with Amex in the end to get my refund.

Multiple e-mails sent to find out what was happening with my order. Only responded twice saying it will be despatched at the end of the week! , and delivered by the start of next week! Was never dispatched, and gave up after 6 weeks!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I bought a switch 2 console with Mario Kart on the 22nd of March. The restock date was listed at 07 April 2026 - I waited patiently as I knew it was a back order item. Got to Saturday 18th April with no communication of shipment, sent a friendly email for update. I received no response by end of day Tuesday 21st (although they state they only take 24-48 hours to reply). I sent a follow up email that evening asking for a response within 24 hours before escalating. No response by end of day on 22nd, tried also phoning but lines are disconnected - opened chargeback through bank.
I sent a final email to state I would be opening a fraud action case against them. No reply still.

When I purchased in March there wasn't as many negative reviews due to the company being newer - they have sent some people the product to entice people to buy from them - but then not send any product out. So they are either a lucky few or fake reviews.

Stay clear of this company - and if you do buy with a credit card you are more protected but if not ensure you initiate a chargeback within 120 days! They will expect most people to go past the 120 days and then not be eligible to claim back.

I placed an order for a PlayStation 5 Pro on 14 March. Delivery was promised within 3–5 working days.
On 24 March, they told me it was a back order and would be delivered “next week.” It still has not arrived. I have had no proper updates, no tracking, no refund, and they are no longer responding. Their phone number also appears to be disconnected.
Based on my experience, this looks like a scam. I would strongly warn others to be very careful before ordering from this website.
Two months after paying, I still have not received my item and have not been given my money back. I am now reporting the matter to Trading Standards. In my opinion, this business should be investigated, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Bought a PlayStation 5 Pro for the best price on the market, for only £503.50 including shipping. Yes, I did have to wait about 9 days for restocking. But once it was ready they will ship to me in 1-2 days.
You can’t beat these prices and yes you might have to wait, but considering the PS5 Pro has increased in price it’s a no brainer.
The company is legit & I’ve bought from them before & apart from a little delay, they always get your order to you.

Complete scammers DO NOT BUY! Will tell you it’s coming in 1-2 working days, give poor excuses, delay it further, however, if you still wait, well, I feel bad for you because it will not arrive. Costumer service doesn’t even work!

Took a chance, it did not pay off. I ordered a Ps5 pro at the end of March, back order date was 7th of April. This was up dated to please add an additional 5 to 7 days for delivery due to high demand, no issues there. Then after that time had passed I started sending emails over the next week. No response for another 7 days for my "Where is the order,any update?" type emails. Only when I demanded a refund did I get a response which took an additional 3 days. They have agreed to the refund which will take an additional 5 to 7 seven days. I will update if this doesn't happen on time. I agree with others, avoid like the plague, too good to be true. Perhaps their in over their head, but I would have to say this feels more like a scam based on the complete lack of communication and the website etc.

I really wanted to believe in this company. I ordered a ps5 pro on the 9th march knowing that I saved nearly £200 off retail price but that I would have to wait 1 month plus for delivery. I stayed patient sending the odd email for an update, each time giving me an estimated delivery date that kept passing. Slowly more and more negative reviews were popping up so I sent a final email after nearly 7 weeks of waiting that I had lost confidence in ever receiving my order. Gurpaal then cancelled my order without any reply or reasoning. I honestly believe this is a small fish company that couldn't rise to the big stage and is crumbling into pieces. You may be the lucky person to get one but don't be surprised if you end up having to claim your money back like me!

Ordered a month ago and still nothing, reached out for updates on more than several occasions and received one reply. Do not buy from this scammer.

Just the same as most of the other reviews - ordered a PS5 Pro and never heard anything from them. Got my money back from my credit card company in the end. I'm not sure how they keep there business online given the number of unfulfilled orders they must be guilty of. In conclusion - listen to these reviews, it's not going to arrive even when that backorder date is long in the past!

SCAM. DO NOT BUY. AVOID at all cost. They will not answer the phones, respond to emails or ship your item. Luckily I bought a Nintendo Switch 2 with Clearpay from them. After weeks passed without any communication, I opened a dispute with Clearpay and they have settled what I paid. Total waste of time. They keep on saying the items were backordered and bogusly update shipping timeframes on their website but is an utter lie. You want get anything. No receipt issued after the money been taken.

if i could give them a 0 i would - DO NOT BUY FROM this place, they are hooking people with what seems a good price but they are terible and nobody to talk to and will have to do a chargeback with the bank as after placing an order you won't hear anything from them and phone number is DISCONNECTED ... i ordered a Nintendo switch 2 to save £20 and in the end i ended up spening a lot more plus wasting a lot of time getting money back and ordering from somewhere else.

Totally fake scam site.their number says no longer in use if you try call it. I waited 2 months past delivery due date and it still never came. I had 1 reply by email from trying to connect them a week after due date but only as I'd used klarna pay in 3 and next payment was due. They said it would be shipped early that week it never was so I paused payments through klarna now they are investigating my situation and I'll get refunded by klarna luckily USING SHOP PAY TO PURCASE gives you no refund and they don't verify their sellers as I contacted them to. DO NOT BUY FROM GAMERIUM. And only use PayPal or klarna to buy anything online as they are only ones who protect you and your purchase

Zero Customer Service provision. Website contact ignored. Emails ignored. Telephone support disconnected.
That says it all.

Ordered 29/03, according to the website it was a back order due 07/04. Now 22/04, status of my order is “preparing for shipping”, which hasn’t changed since the original order. No response via email. Phone number on the website has been disconnected. Avoid. Don’t be lured in by the good prices. Seems a scam website.

Gamerium have great prices, but only if the goods arrive! Told on a couple of occasions that the product would be shipped on a particular day, but each time it didn't happen. They're not very good at replying to emails. I gave up in the end and asked for a refund, which did come through. I tried phoning them, but the number has been disconnected - which raised alarm bells. I will NEVER buy from this company. Better to pay a little more and be guaranteed that the product will arrive.
