My experience so far…

Ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 on 8th March. I have since not had any updates on its whereabouts, etc. I emailed 6 days ago and got a reply to say it would be delivered in 4 days time. Well it’s now been 3 days past said date and I have sent 2 emails, both have received now answer.

Shocking service and if it does turn up I will up my rating to a 3 star but I won’t be using them again. Pay more to give yourself a piece of mind elsewhere

Ordered a nintendo switch 2 for my sons birthday next week, ordered it on the 27th February, emailed them last week and they said it would ace been delivered on Wednesday 18th march and its still not camec and not even an email back

Ordered a ps5 disc , received it a week after the date I was told it would be shipped by , but still well worth waiting a week for thr price . Best advice email to chase at every stage , to ensure you get your product ASAP.

Avoid buying anything from this vender!

I have place an order of Nintendo Switch 2 a couple of days ago. Received no confirmation but the money has been taken from my bank account. Emailed the shop a couple of times, no reply. Tried to call and it says the number doesn’t exist.
I’m worried I will not get my money back now!

Placed an order than then realised wont arrive on time and wanted to cancel right away. No reply to emails. No ansewring phone calls. Order nit dispatvged yet. Will call my bank to reverse payment. Stay away from.this. i will never uae again!!! Shocking customer service. Scam?!?!?

Seems a scam but is legit. You just have to have some patience.

Pre-ordered a Switch 2 (backordered) late February with a release date of the 3rd of March. Checked back on 3rd March and the description mentioned shipping starting on 6th. Enquired how long to expect for delivery, email responses are slow but I got a response eventually stating it had been shipped. Delivered to me on 15th March.

4* rather than 5* as I was told it had been shipped but it hadnt. When I enquired again about the tracking number, I got an email on the 13th stating it had now been shipped. Would have rather been told it's in the queue for dispatch than told it had been dispatched.

Other than slow responses and the misinformation about dispatch, the product arrived as described and at a good price. I do believe this is someone working from their own home rather than a store, but I used to work for a company that started out that way too so don't be put off by this.

I placed an order for a PS5 and paid approximately £400. I received an order confirmation email stating that delivery would take 3–5 working days.

However, it has now been 12 working days (16 days in total) and there has been absolutely no update about my order. I have tried calling multiple times but no one answers the phone. I have also sent emails, but none of them have been replied to.

This level of customer service is extremely concerning. At this point, I am seriously worried that this may not be a legitimate business. Their system also does not allow me to cancel the order.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be contacting my bank to request a chargeback and will consider reporting the matter to the relevant authorities for potential fraud investigation.

I strongly advise other customers to be cautious until this company improves its communication and resolves outstanding orders.

Ordered a PS5 console on 10th Feb 26 which was needed for a birthday present at the beginning of March. Restock date was showing as 16th Feb so that was fine and I went ahead with the order. Payed in 3 on Klarna but nothing received. Chased up via email and was told there was a delay with suppliers. Ultimately nothing ever received. Tried ringing the tel number but it rings once and then you get cut off. Emailed to cancel the order as birthday was imminent and so I paid more and got it from Argos. Had to chase up refund from Gamerium which was finally confirmed yesterday (13th March)
Reading the reviews it appears that some people get their orders and some don’t. My personal experience was very stressful and disappointing so would definitely not use again.

Honestly I'm amazed at the price and service here. Got a switch 2 with mario kart at what really seemed like an impossible price. Got delivered within 3 working days as advertised. I contacted them to make sure it wasn't in backorder (they seem to have very limited stock) and they replied within a day to confirm the delivery date. Would purchase from them in a heartbeat.

You cannot give them no stars unfortunately, so they get 1. They are scammers. I placed an order some 3 weeks ago. I was concerned so I tried to cancel the order. I sent them 4 emails and called the telephone number provided on their website but I received no response to any of my attempts to contact these clowns. Matter is now with the fraud investigations with the police.

Patient is key.
The package will take some time to come.
Customer service was great at explaining.

Poor communication and lack of updates on my items expected delivery date. Ordered on 27th of January and was aware these items were on back order. Received an email on the 2nd of March to say items were dispatched and tracking number for Royal Mail 24. There has been no change of status in delivery since the 2nd, Royal Mail still awaiting items as of 9th of March. I have emailed Gamerium but have not had a reply. Items are now late for my grandsons birthdays. Hopefully my items will arrive soon.
Update.
Received an email 10/3/2026 advising my issues had been rectified from the company owner. I have been given a £20 refund as a good will gesture. Items are to arrive by Saturday 14th. It appears a negative review gets things moving. If my items don't arrive by or on Saturday I will be asking for a full refund and contacting my bank fraud investigation for advice on this matter.
Edit, items arrived on Saturday 14th as promised after a lot of chasing up. I would know rate Gamerium with ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Would have been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review if it had not been for poor communication and lack of updates on my orders progress.

*Edit 1 March 9th: got a reply saying the order will now be shipped on a later date as stated on site due to more backlogs, its unfortunate the service isn't quicker but they do reply if you explain your problem. I'll update again once the order is shipped.
Ordered my ps5 slim on Wednesday with 48 hour tracked delivery and I haven't heard anything since the order was placed. Tried emailing them asking for an update but no response. I'll be in contact with my bank if there's no update shortly.

Order placed 21st Feb still not arrived.

Now saying it's been delivered when it hasn't.

Cant get a response, phone number doesn't work, starting to get very concerned that the product hasn't been delivered and nobody free to talk to...
I hope its just a blip but I bought the item a month ago!

I placed an order and paid for delivery not taking the free service, days passed no item, tried calling number on website don’t even connect so emailed told order cancelled refund not yet issues, received 2nd email saying refund issued may take 5-7working days and still nothing…..

Just be careful people as if you shop here for an occasion except to be let down.

I order one ps5 slim it was on sale i order on 11th February and it been almost one month they said they have on back stock but never received the dispatch email they are Scammm and when I ask for refund they give me 10 pounds refund instead of 350 they are scammm

Ordered ps5 slim disk edition which was scheduled to be dispatched on 24/2/26. It’s 2/3/26 and there’s no sign of this being dispatched.

Ordered a ps5 two weeks ago. Didnt come. Wish I had read the real reviews.

Delivery time total fiction, as was tracking. Cancelled order and still waiting for refund. Total scam site.
