I have ordered a few times from Gamers Guild AZ and every time has been a fantastic experience. A (seemingly) personalized e-mail has been sent to me with every order, thanking me (though I tend not to respond to emails very often). Everything is always shipped out quickly/on time, and as described. Also no issues with packaging or damage; it's all packed quite nicely. I don't have anything negative to say, only positive. I recommend this store for collectibles and games.

My go to for board games. I live in NJ so I haven't had a chance to go to the physical store but their products are very well priced, shipped quickly, and arrive as expected.
Customer service is very responsive to questions

I placed a preorder in September for an item with a stated release date of 10/11. After waiting 2 weeks (currently 10/23) for a shipping update I reached out to cancel the preorder. After reading my email they decided to print off the shipping label and then respond to my email saying the order was fulfilled and can no longer be canceled. I’m not expecting my items for another few weeks and cannot cancel because they printed a label. Would highly recommend avoiding GamerGuildAZ for preorders in the future.

Super fast delivery, great customer service and decent prices.

They shipped out on the Saturday (!) that i ordered it. Shipping was cheap (shipping itself was free, but they added a $5 shipping guarantee), especially for a large and heavy game. Others were charging $20-30.

There customer service was great, knowledgeable, and willing to help.

Will buy again

I preordered a booster collector box from The Lord of The Rings MTG and received it today, the booster packs are totally opened and this company didn’t even bothered to resealed the packages, I wouldn’t trust my money to places like this what prefer steal customers to profits themselves, beware of these stores, I have uploaded videos and pictures on social media to prevent others from what’s happening, so please do not put your hard earned money here!
