I bought a 10 USD wallet card but i acutally got a 9.48 USD and when contacting them they just say its due to steam currency exchange while they are scammers

Failed activation

Failed activation - followed the process for a refund, dead silence - for me it’s fraudulent. Never will buy there again. Horrible support! They take your money and don’t care anymore.

Edit: as of today (29th of Jun) I got a response that they initiated now a refund.
