4 stars due to rather long waiting time in the browser at 95% order completion despite being paid in full. Don't reload the page, be patient. All works well - it's legit. Service recommended.

Very intrusive ID verification
Purchased a couple of games before with no problem, suddenly I try to buy a third game a few months later (same account, same payment method) and I got flagged for no reason and asked to verify my ID to complete the transaction. This process is VERY intrusive, they wanted my face, my ID and my physical address. I said "No thanks" and asked for my order to be cancelled and I thankfully got my money back, but it's still very disrespectful of them to treat customers like criminals, specially returning ones, and the funniest part? The flagged transaction was for a whole $7.35! Hope being overprotective of that heist-worthy sum was worth losing a customer. Don't trust random strangers online with sensitive personal info no matter how much they assure you is secure, their deals aren't even that good, there's much better key sites out there that actually respect you as a customer and offer hassle-free experiences.

I bought a key for a game here and got a message that it was placed on hold for investigation due to my email for delivery being different then the email attached to the paypal account i paid with.
when I replied to the e-mail to clarify what I needed to do to resolve this the response was blazing fast, the support staff was very friendly and we managed to resolve the issue within 30 minutes.
would recommend this site.
Bought 3 $15 google play cards
Bought 3 $15 google play cards. 2 worked, one Google flagged as suspicious. GameSeal refuses to refund and just says try on a different account. They sell stolen etc cards so you can get your Google account restricted if you buy from them. Avoid like the plague. I had to file a dispute with my credit card for a refund.

Paid for YouTube activation link but never received proper access
Order number: 2127***
I purchased a YouTube activation link, but at first the server showed an error, so I could not access or receive the link properly. After a few days, I tried again, but this time it showed as invalid.
I contacted customer support and explained the issue with screenshots. However, they only replied that the link had already been accessed. I explained that I never received working access because of the server error, but they were not helpful and closed my case without solving the problem.
Very disappointing experience. I paid for a service I could not use, and the support team did not provide a fair solution or replacement link.
This feels like a scam.... Please help me Gameseals...
This feels like a scam. I bought a Steam account for Crimson Desert from Gameseal for around 30€, but the temporary email website they provided (neatlabpro.cn) does not work at all.
Because of this, I cannot access the mailbox to change the Steam email or fully secure the account. Right now, I basically paid for an account that I cannot properly own or protect.
I contacted support, but after 2 days I still have not received any helpful response or solution.
Very disappointing experience. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I cannot recommend Gameseal at all. Be careful when buying accounts that require access to temporary email services.
