Price was lower than anywhere else I could find on the Internet. I received a dispatched confirmation the night before release, however Post Office tracking showed that the item hadn't yet been provided to them. Delivery was made the day after release, not the end of the world for me but an issue for some.

The item was cheaper here to pre-order but if I knew it meant that the order would not be delivered on launch day, I would've went elsewhere. I'm sure they're perfectly fine for already released titles but I would avoid if you are wanting the game on launch.

First order of many. Absolutely flawless. Pre-order item delivered early on release day, cant get better than that really. Great price and fantastic service. Highly recommended

What an awful experience!
I was making a purchase of a very expensive Christmas gift. When the item did not arrive on the expected delivery date I contacted GamesSoldSeparately. They asked me for a copy of my drivers license to complete the purchase. Who does that? When I questioned the need for this I was told "I have made the decision to stop selling consoles as we are constantly targeted by crooks" Is that what he sees his customers as? Crooks? Now thanks to this I may not get the item I wanted. On Black Friday, there is a high risk of there not being anything left. I am very upset by the actions of this company. I will not return to them to buy anything.
