While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Good site

Good site. They provide plenty of info about video games and their community is very active. There is also another factor which I think I shouldn't ignore. Sometimes they tend to publish reviews from very unskilled writers, who are basically bad at particular game, and then they go and write a terrible review that makes no sense, all because they were bad at the game. Other than that it's fine.

Lost my phone

Lost my phone, Game Spot bought it off two people just because they showed a license, not proof they owned the phone. Luckily I tracked it and involved police who went to store to retrieve IPhone 6, not a cheap phone and got it back. Phone was stripped and would have been sent out the next day, Game Spot is nothing but a pawn shop that abets thieves.
