Untrustworthy.dodgy company.very bad service no returns if possible. I ordered medievil digital for my ps3. Got the code to redeem. And find out the code is for ps4. Why would i buy a game for ps3. If I've already got a ps4. However fortunately i was looking out for ps4 anyway and i bought one. Redeemed the code and ps4 wouldnt let me download it. So i emailed ‘Game store’ to complain i cant find the game and to ask which console did i putlrcgase the game for. . They replied with a very general email simply stating codes been redeemed so contact sony for help. Otherwise here are instructions how to redeem the game on ps4. So complained to sony. Sony advised that it has been downloaded but to my ps3 as that what it was for. And not my ps4. What dump company sells a game which has to be redeemed on another console. Day light robbery. And there replies to reviews is always the standard details to contact for further help as they cant be bothered to contact anyone themselves to resolve problems. Since they know they robbed you,

Horrible customer service, they will harass and threaten you and tell you your account is in arrears even if you pay them every month before the due date. And there consultants are useless, they can't help you except to apologize, really very bad service, This happend to me twice

The administration is not responding

Placed an order for a PS5 and tried contacting them twice with no response. Couldn't get a tracking number for my order. So after weeks of waiting I looked up the website to try again and it was down. I have reported it to my credit card company as Fraud.

Terrible. I got a headset and everytime I put it on I hear loud screaming sound of the devil.All the products are cheap stuff don’t buy!

I got scammed. Brought an xbox one controller and it didnt turn up and couldnt contact them. Pretty annoying how long this website stayed up for because the only reason I brought it was because the website stayed up for longer than a week and j kept an eye on it. So mad as these controllers are ridiculous prices atm.

Can't believe I've been "done" as am usually so careful. Reviews were good when I placed my order, but website has message it is closing and the email provided to contact does not exist.
I am now going to have a very disappointed son on Christmas Day so hope they're proud of themselves.

Purchased game from gamestore.eu which now appears to be a fake website had confirmation email but no product arrived. Cannot contact company. Email received from Playstore ltd but redirect you to website which never loads. Have contacted credit card company to raise a dispute. Do not use.

Do not use. This is a scam, the website has been taken down and was being used without permission. I paid but have not received any goods. I have reported it to my credit card company.

I think the entire process is good. From start to finish getting a smurf is easy. Possible improvement options could be including more packages, and possibly showing what champions are there but that might be a long shot. Overall pleasant experience.
