I bought a prepaid TRY card for one dollar. When I deposited 8 dollars it started to make me go through if verification to access my card which I dont want to do. This is a scam dont buy anything from them

Scanned, I sold them 90$ Worth of RS3 golds, and they told me payments are instant or max 1 hour, After i waited 8 hours i contacted them and they told me their finance team didnt work yesterday, and the next day they had payment problems which i guess still last since its been almost 5 days and i still didnt receive my money, support is not answering me and I was left with no customer support, No money, I dont recomment you to sell to these guys as they clearly dont stick to their own rules that they set. I tried to contact them on discord and every admin said different stuff and told me there was announcement about payment issues ( there was none ) so i asked him to forward the message to me, he didnt. Then i asked them to return the gold to me if they cannot process their payment and they didnt even answer. DONT USE THEIR SERVICE.

was using prepaid card thingy after some time couldn't lost ability to use card balance on total sum of 150$

asked support about that they said
for now old cards are not reachable, our owner trying to fix it with the bank, sadly bank is responsibility and it's on their database but they says they cannot reach it too, they keep working to fix it still.

with this copy paste they wont take a responsibility of that their service, they wont give me a refund

I had a Turkish card on this site and everything was fine until the system went down for months and when it came back to work I couldn't find the card I bought and had money in it and when I contacted them they didn't solve my problem and I wasn't compensated and they **scammed me** I don't recommend leaving money with them if you're not going to use it immediately and if there is an alternative it is preferable to use it

trying to buy a virtual card, my order has denied 50 times in a row, contact support they tell you to keep trying then blocked me

Is the worse place to buy, don buy, the customer service is the worse, they do not give you the customer service, i been trying to buy with my balace ther cards and is impossible, do no waste you time and money here

Bought gold to be able to refill my prepaid card since there was NO indication of you not being able to. Went to refill my card but couldn't, open a support ticket to then be told that its not working and when i ask for a refund they tell me to email their support. I do that and then never get a response, wasted $35.

In last 30 days something goes wrong with this company...There is no trust to this company anymore.
Every my withdraw im waiting 2 days minimum, if you selling your coins from games to this website you must know this there is turkish kids trolling you with this withdraws and sending you same messages everytime.
Better find other website if you are RMT seller and watch out because you can get scammed by them...

Always delays with payment and if u contact them they don't answer and banned you from live support chat. They did that to me. I'm still waiting for My payment right now..

Don’t deposit money you 100% aren’t going to spend. They will not allow you to withdraw it, even though there is a withdraw button!

purchased something worth $50 on the website, but they’re out of stock, so they asked me to email their finance to refund, so I did, but still haven’t received a response for the past 7days, all the while I tried withdrawing it through the website but can’t since it’s “Deposited”? said the staff,… So I waited, I messaged them 3x after initial delivery request.
1. Asked if they have stock now or when will they be on stock again. (Website staff) (3 Days after)
2. Why can’t I withdraw the balance on website and if possible can’t they just manually send or refund it since website is not letting me. (asked on Discord) (5days after)
3. Estimate of how long will the refund take. (Discord) (same day as 2nd inquiry)

I didn’t even bombard them with questions but their response seemed agitated for some reason.

Yeah overall not a great experience and yes, the money is still stuck there.

Update: It's literally been 1month, I haven't received a response, or a refund. Website is a scam at this point.

The turkish prepaid cards are not working for months and i keep getting messages from papara at 3 am to confirm payments i didn't make

as everyone is saying. i loaded 6.4$ to convert to TRY but the thing is not working anymore and there is no announcement on the website or nnything after ive tried i couldnt transfer it to try then i wanted to withdraw they said that im gonna get banned if i try to withdraw again and that is a thing only for sellers? wym only for sellers and now its been 3 days that im waiting on a refund email response cuz they said ppl working on email are not the same as the live support tech. i thought this company was so legit. but when they scam u like this it gives u like a trust issue fr

This website is a scam!! live support is robot and it has not sent my money for 10 days. When I send a message, it sends me the same and repeated messages!
