The additional amount you saw was due to VAT (tax) being applied retroactively by our billing system, in line with legal requirements. This happened because your profile information (such as billing country/tax details) was incomplete at the time of your first orders, which caused VAT to be postponed and then charged later.

We understand unexpected charges can be frustrating, but this was not an arbitrary fee or hidden cost — it’s a government-mandated tax, and we do not keep these funds ourselves.

So far the experience has been good

So far the experience has been good. We've haven't had any problems with the server as of yet. Only thing that I have an issue with right now is getting people on switch to connect, but that isn't really an issue with the server just bedrock.

NOPE!!!!

I have opened a server for Minecraft with them which then I wanted to upgrade now I can't get in touch with the support their emails on the team they have displayed do not exist and I am not satisfied with the way they are handling my case. I want it to be looked at I paid for a whole month since 11/01/2025 I thought it will be up until then but they cancelled it immediately, I want this to be addressed NOW.

You have to give them a bad review to recieve any customer service, otherwise good

I bought a Minecraft server from them, then requested a refund because their quality of service was terrible. I'VE MADE 15 FREAKING TICKETS AND THEY HAVEN'T REPLIED TO ONE. I'm currently trying to make a case with my lawyer. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.

They said that they refunded my purchase, only after I gave them a bad review. They also gave me 10$ “credit” which I will definitely not use. Their excuse of “new games” being released doesn’t define that they can’t so customer service. But if you’d like to use them, based on your location the service might be good. Not in the EU tho. But keep in mind that if “new games” are released (which is probably like 15 a day) they can’t focus on customer care.

Use to be good, now not so

I used their service to host my palworld server before and it was an amazingly smooth experience.

However that was months ago and the experience now is completely different from what I had expected. I ordered a server on the 15th of December, and it took till the 23rd of December for the server to be activated.

I requested for a refund on the 15th within their ticket service and have yet as of 23rd December receive a response from their customer service.

Overall it's been such a disappointing experience, I will be avoiding this host provider going forward and would caution anyone thinking of using this service.

Stay Away From This Hosting Site...

When I was buying this package, I selected location as the "India". But when I check the location of IP and subdomain using Checking Site, It says that my IP location is "USA" region. Because of that I can't access the server, it says server is on maintain process. I sent message to their company customer support but it's been 3 days but they didn't replied this matter. Overall great

Overall great. Server stays up with occasional disconnection, but that could also be the game as the actual server doesn't go down.

Would be nice to have better access to server files for modding, and list of people on the server.

The Server is easy to setup but the ticket system has no response

I have pay extra $3 for the singapore server. However, it is 250ms when my friends and I connected from Hong Kong. Usually, when we connect a server which in singapore from hong kong, it is only 50-70ms.

I have submitted the ticket for this yesterday but no one answered me so far.

Updated on 26 Feb: the ticket still got any response today and the ticket is closed by them. And also they are flagging all the negative feedback in trustpilot, this is ridiculous. What a trash company!

We understand that connections from Singapore to Hong Kong may occasionally experience high ping. Such situations may be caused by factors such as network infrastructure and density. Remember that there is a distance of 3000km between these two locations. If you normally connect to such a server and receive fewer ms, this is because the connected server is customized differently with proxy or similar infrastructures.

Additionally, we only flag Trustpilot reviews under certain circumstances. To understand whether comments submitted are spam or written by competitors, we request more information from the reviewer. If they do not share their e-mail addresses registered in the system, we will mark the comment.

Stay away, terrible server, terrible customer service

Overall the Palworld launch for these servers was absolutely terrible. The prices charged here are also ridiculous high. I dont reccommend at all, find a better offer

Edit 6/28: lol at the reply only 6 months later! Well when you charge top dollar, claiming to have top tier specs, yet the server ping was at a constant 200+MS (for the nearest location to me too) I don't know what to tell you buddy.

My comment on the server pricing, in no way, claimed to be because I was unaware of charges. If that's what you assumed well then it says more about you than I.

Moreover, the reply from your team, to my legitimate experience speaks volume and is another reason I would never endorse or associate myself with your services.

Moreover, you already see the price when creating the order and on the payment page. The comment you posted gives the impression that your card was overcharged or that you were presented with hidden fees. This is wrong.

Non-existent customer service

Had issues updating my server, submitted a ticket and 1 day in, still no one responded to it. So much for 24/7 support.
