Tickets never showed up in the app
Price was way too high, and My tickets never showed up in the app. I had to screenshot them from somewhere else and it was difficult to even get that screenshot.

I thought the purchasing process was…
I thought the purchasing process was great but I had a person bail and I had to sell a ticket. That process was not so easy. Also, I had a friend who was not entering the game with us and I could not find out how to send him the ticket.

I work in ticketing and people give gametime a bad rap but I honestly think it’s so user friendly and easy to use you just have to follow directions and you’re honestly good to go :) I would definitely use gametime again!

Did not receive my ticket
I purchased the ticket 2 hours in advance however I never received the ticket through email, I was chatting with customer support for a while until finally I was advised to get the tickets directly at the stadium. I got to my seat during the 3rd inning because of this.
