Seemed pretty straightforward but my first purchase. 5 stars if all goes well. Unfortunately, I had my email Subscription settings down to "music news" & their "newsletter" and yet I was still rece... See more

We had the best time ever. The seat was amazing. Can’t wait to go again
A scam. If the event gets cancelled they do not refund you. The customer service is also terrible.
Price was way too high, and My tickets never showed up in the app. I had to screenshot them from somewhere else and it was difficult to even get that screenshot.
The good price of the tickets and the download very quickly no problem
I thought the purchasing process was great but I had a person bail and I had to sell a ticket. That process was not so easy. Also, I had a friend who was not entering the game with us and I could not find out how to send him the ticket.
gametime was easy but I had to make like 3 accounts for different things which was frustrating as a first time purchase but I guess I shouldn’t have to repeat — hopefully
No hidden fees or extras. Cheapest seats i found & i looked everywhere. Was easy & convenient.
Fantastic selection of seats and the best prices I've found so far. Purchase was easy, and delivery of tickets into the Ballpark app was seamless. Great experience!
I work in ticketing and people give gametime a bad rap but I honestly think it’s so user friendly and easy to use you just have to follow directions and you’re honestly good to go :) I would definitely use gametime again!
I purchased the ticket 2 hours in advance however I never received the ticket through email, I was chatting with customer support for a while until finally I was advised to get the tickets directly at the stadium. I got to my seat during the 3rd inning because of this.
simple and tickets are readily available. I will use it again.
We were traveling and looking for something to do that night while in town. Purchased last minute tix to show for a great price. Transferred them to my Ticketmaster account. Easy. Will definitely be doing this again!
Gametime has the best prices and seat locations. It is my go to for any sporting event.
