Received an empty stick. Not recognized on the tv.

Pure crap doesnt work no reply from company stay well clear

The game box arrived, set it up, doesn't work. Emailed the company, no reply. Scam, stay away.

Would rate zero stars. Worked when first arrived. 3 uses later the box won't turn on. Emailed customer services and was advised to send a photo of the error message. I advised the box won't turn on there is no error. Was advised IT will contact, that was 3 weeks ago. I've emailed them several times since and not had one response. Customer service e has been abysmal.

I want to return the item as it was not as expected.

15 emails later and no response.

Good job I work for trading standards and have reported the company!

1 star cause I can't put 0. The product took longer than usual to be delivered, however, when I received it, the box was crushed. The game stick didn't work at all, even after attempting all avenues. Tried getting a replacement and NO ONE responds. Now having to get a refund via the credit card provider.

Product is fantastic, or at least it was when it was working, had it for my 40th birthday, played twice and now it won’t turn on, have tried all potential troubleshooting but the issue is more with trying to get hold of anyone at Gametrox, numerous emails with only 1 reply. Frustrating to say the very least considering it was a birthday present and it wasn’t the cheapest.

Ordered on the 29th September has not arrived contacted the delivery company they haven’t received the package!!

I don't get these bad reviews... placed my order after checking the tracking tool and quote under the advertisement video. 4 days later I reached out to customer service and the, were really polite and asked me to wait 1-2 days for delivery.. and it did! Works perfect

Scam, dont buy

Slow delivery and half the games on the thing don't even work correctly, it's slow and laggy and games for the PSP and even Nintendo DS don't work correctly, waste of money to be honest, if you want a good console pick a Padfuse or Ambernec system. Thankfully I bought this on 50% off but still feel like I've been ripped off.

After 1 week the item hasn’t even been shipped. I purchased this to use during a holiday I am going on. The item will now not arrive in time. If it ever arrives at all. Scam. Avoid at all costs.
