Someone used my debit card to spend 200.00.
Called my bank they cancelled my card. I was speaking with your robot. You want to charge me 5.00 to talk to a person. Which I do not have access to card BECAUSE I HAD TO CANCEL IT!

Never heard of this company and neither has my husband. They just charged us $100 on our credit card. Our credit card company declined the transaction and contacted us with a fraud alert. Now we have had our credit card shut down and have to wait for a new one to be sent to us.
