Bought several cameras 6 years ago

Bought several cameras 6 years ago. They were excellent at the time but 2 have now broken. It is proving impossible to cancel the subscriptions. The Customer service is utterly useless. They told me to cancel on the website which you can’t. They then told me to provide the order numbers of the cameras i bought 6 years ago. The telephone number on their email doesn’t work.
Was once a great company, utterly terrible now. Avoid at all cost.

Logitech... great tech!

I really like Logitech. I think they produce some amazing products for the entire digital ecosystem.

Their keyboards and mouses are just the tip of the iceberg. And they benefit people no matter if they are a gamer or artists or work remotely.

Totally useless instructions for X52…

Totally useless instructions for X52 HOTAS Flight Stick which considering how long they have been making them is astounding. No instructions and where to get Profiles Files, where and how to install them, etc. New stick totally useless with out them. This is a terrible company which is sad considering how long they have both been around. Useless Support nothing in 72 hours by email and phone is a total waste of time.

Latest Logitech Vertical Mouse Was Dreadful

Bought their latest mouse the Lift Vertical Ergonomic mouse. Simply did not work. No smooth scrolling and tracking speed was significantly slower than settings in Mac apps. Spent two hours on chat tech-support to no avail. Was assured someone would get back to me to resolve my problem. Have not heard a word. We will be returning. This mouse is not ready for prime time, nor is Logitech customer tech support.

It is very hard to return a product

It is very hard to return a product. Been waiting for days to get a very vague reply. Tried to call and email but I still don't know how to return the product. It feels like they're waiting as long as possible so that it's +30 days and can't return it anymore. Very bad customer service.

Logitech G923 eSimracing wheel kit les than 1 year old unable to find a UK contact to get it fixed. Worse than Thrustmaster if that is even possible. Had a phone number but unable to recall after taking cockpit apart to get Serial No of wheel base which is stupidly small anyway. Logitech is worse than Thrustmaster

G502 Hero SE left button doesn't hold down. Support is ignoring me.

I bought a G502 Hero SE - one of the flagship mice. Less than two years after buying (within the warranty) the main button randomly stops holding down. On the desktop, you can't hold and drag. In a game, it only shoots a single bullet instead of spraying. The mouse is not usable. I contacted support, they let me through a 30 mail long correspondance, to try different software, computers, and troubleshoot, then made me take photos of the mouse with ticket number, asked me for a US address to ship a replacement, and eventually said they won't be shipping a replacement because of where I live, even though I bought the mouse on Amazon US and gave them a US address I use for forwarding mail. Then they stopped responding altogether. I told them from the initial mail where I live. They just wasted my time, said they are going to ship a replacement, then disappeared.

Great Mice!

I own a Logitech G Pro, really great with FPS games such as Valorant and CS:GO. However, the price could go down a bit :)

To say I am disappointed with Logitech…

To say I am disappointed with Logitech support is an understatement. I own the Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum wireless headset. My unit, like so many others that I find on the internet has a faulty on/off switch that causes the audio to drop out from one side or the other. When I first contacted support they eventually got back to me and was talking about a different problem than I described. We went back and forth with e-mails (5 total) eventually with them asking for all of my contact info as well as the model and serial number of the headset. After I supplied it they then e-mailed me wanting a picture of the serial number along with a hand written note showing the case number. Again they replied with sorry we can't help you. I contacted them with a known defect in their product and the reply is no help. They offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase. When someone pays $200 plus for a headset and it fails with a known faulty part, a reputable company would back their product, but not Logitech.

Only reason they get ANY score

..is that they do produce good products. What they lack however is ANY FORM for support. It takes them a MINIMUM of TWO WEEKS to reply to support tickets, and the user forum is basically a graveyard. Sure, once in a blue moon you see an official reply, but that's it. Seems like their full capacity is one person supporting with an ocean of people to check with before being able to phantom an answer. Perhaps hire some new people? Outsource your support to a support company? There's plenty world leading ones that won't ruin you - like you ruin peoples wallets. The G series is just a gimmick to them considering this. Something to over price and leave like roadkill on the side of the road once the cash starts rolling.
