Hi! Bad service
Hi! I didn’t receive what I ordered and no one contacted me. You made a decision to choose replacements without contacting me to ask what I could pick instead. I dont like the beers you replaced the ones you ran out of. Bad customer service.

Hi Marika,
We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Our Summer Sale campaign turned out to be more popular than expected and we received 250+ orders in only a few hours. Unfortunately the stock tracking did not keep up, and some beers sold out, before we had a chance to remove them from the webshop.
All the beers in the Summer Sale were either close to best before date, light abv, or excess stock for other reasons. When one of the beers ran out, we decided to replace it with another beer of the same style and abv, but a lot fresher and not part of the deal normally, to make sure that we offered a better and fresher replacement.
In addition to this we have included a 10% discount code in the boxes where we could not pick the whole order due to beers being sold out, as an apology for the replacement of products.
In hindsight we should've contacted the individual costumers, and make sure they were OK with this solution, and we will make sure to do that in the future, if it happens again.
We apologise for the inconvenience and the bad experience you had - we hope you shop again with us in the future.
