Inexpensive - yet quite effective. Straight to the point instead of some study courses that do not really give you results. So much content.

The most helpful guide!! Used this resource as my absolute bible, and felt really prepared and aware of the exam going in. Only sat gamsat once to get a score of 72/72/68 and 70 overall, so I wouldn’t waste money on any of the other extortionate courses or material. So reassuring to know Peter is at the end of an email with any questions you might have further to the material. Highly recommend!!

The GAMSAT decoded booklet and section blueprints were very helpful in providing a strategy and different techniques on how to boost your mark in individual sections. I have felt that my S1 score has improved hugely after going over the S1 blueprint.
An area for improvement is that some of the practice papers contain spelling mistakes and other errors that have made it hard to understand and answer some questions.

Dr Peter Griffiths course is actually a very up to date course. You can find information on everything without having to look hard. I like the fact that he asks you to study for section 3 by yourself and you are given suggestions of resources. I think that’s the best way to do it as you should actually learn these yourself. I am also thinking of subscribing to the essay writing course as it seems good.

Just started using it... so far so good!

The amount of time, energy, and consideration put into this is extremely evident. Frustratingly, it doesn’t resonate with me as good prep material because I am really only concerned with Section 3, and for that section alone it wasn’t really what I needed. I think I have a bit of an odd case, and that 99% of you would find it really great prep material… I’m just a bit disheartened because of the financial gamble I took on this for it to turn out to not be what I needed. But, if you have the money and want some solid guidance, it’ll be worth the investment for you, I’m sure :)

I have just purchased Griffiths GAMSAT Review and I am more than impressed! I didn’t expect the depth and explanation that is given in the course so early on. So many useful tips and tricks to ace GAMSAT.

This course is very straight forward and helpful for those who are starting GAMSAT.

I like the compilation of med school information, though some may need to check if they are up to date.

I like tips and techniques that Griffith discovered for GAMSAT sitting. I find it quite useful and practical. Griffith team also try to keep it up-to-date as much as possible. I will write more once I have sit the real GAMSAT. This is one of the top study materials by far. I am happy about my purchase.

The most important aspect for me is that the material are so nicely organised. You are provided with a bunch of them yet you know exactly where to start and what to do next.

Affordable, has great support and it works! The strategies learned make the GAMSAT so much easier to understand, I would definitely recommend this course.

Griffiths GAMSAT Review was recommended to me by a friend who used it a few years ago to prepare themselves and it is worth every penny. It has excellent structure, outlining the exam, strategies for preparation and when taking the exam. An excellent publication and I recommend it to anyone preparing for the GAMSAT.

Consider carefully before enrolling ..

At a cost of $400 AUD, the marker provides one written response to 10 essays. The course provider asks students not to send follow up questions unless absolutely necessary.

This sets up a one way dialogue which I personally found very unhelpful in developing and improving along the way.

If I had my time again I would have opted for a one-on-one format where there is time to develop understanding and, most importantly, application of the essay techniques, whether it's over zoom or in person.

For me, this was not worth the money.

Other issues with the course:
- a cookie cutter writing style is encouraged. Either you adopt this style or are marked down. No proof is given that this style actually produces top marks.
- example essays provided by the course provider are all marked with low grades - I could not find any examples of top scoring essays

I want to note for the record the course provider approached me after posting this review, offering to pay me to remove this review. I have issues with this ethically, and wonder how many students have been paid in the past to remove unfavourable reviews.

In the end I asked for a refund and to leave the review up, for transparency, but was declined.

Great study course, I spent around 2 weeks looking around the internet doing my own study and I wished I had gotten this right away it is easy to follow and understand, highly recommend.
