Scammers and smugglers
I recently had a very bad experience with the scam website Indiamart, involving a verified seller named Mr. Chetan from Gana Health Care Corporation. I used the platform to purchase non-controlled, prescription-required medications, which I have a prescription for. Prior to purchasing, I confirmed with Mr. Chetan that he was licensed to sell these medications and that he routinely shipped to Spain without issues.
However, upon arrival in Spain, the customs detained the products. It turned out that either Mr. Chetan did not have the proper license, the necessary documentation, or he was selling counterfeit medications, as informed by Spanish customs. When the products were returned to him in India, Mr. Chetan refused to accept them and also refused to issue a refund, despite multiple contacts and his initial promises.
After reaching out to Indiamart for support, they simply told me to resolve the issue directly with the seller, Mr. Chetan, as they only connect buyers and sellers. Further investigation revealed that the platform openly allows the sale of completely illegal drugs, such as steroids, just like Gana Health Care Corporation.
This has been a frustrating ordeal, and I have reported Indiamart wherever possible for their lack of responsibility and oversight. Soon they will be out of the most known app markets such as Google Play and Apple Store.
Gana Health Care Corporation will soon get an order from the Indian Authorities.
Bunch of scammers and smugglers.
