Selling you a shower is the easy part - the after sales service is so important, and G&M have been excellent. I bought a shower valve 8 years ago that came with a 15 year guarantee. After numerous points of contact with the manufacturer over an 18 month period they finally relented and offered a replacement.

This is where Dave at G&M was so helpful - the manufacturer insisted on G&M providing the paperwork from when they bought it from the wholesaler. This was all dealt with seamlessly by Dave, and within a week I’d received the new valve. g&M are very competitively priced, but you don’t get this kind of service online.

I used G&M Plumbing for my bathroom materials and highly recommend them.
Chris Barnes and team were extremely helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. Always there to answer any questions, customer service was 100% and would definitely use them again

The popularity of this enterprise meant an inevitable wait for Rob to fit in our bathroom alteration. He came highly recommended by a range of friends and acquaintances and, I'm very pleased to say, surpassed every expectation. Not only was his work exemplary, he took every effort to minimise disruption and maintain order and cleanliness (important, I have serious respiratory problems). Quite simply, Rob is professional, competent and highly personable. I could not rate him more highly.

Visited yesterday, not really knowing what we needed, and after visiting another bathroom showroom and nobody even acknowledging us,we were so glad we came to G&M, we were served by Mark who showed us everything that we needed, was very knowledgeable, and nothing was hurried , the showroom is lovely, and everything we needed was on show,highly recommend and will definitely be going again in the future.

Had our boiler repaired on New Years Eve. The service was excellent.
The engineer was exceptionally thorough, professional and efficient. He was also very polite and knowledgable.

This Company were recommended by someone else for specialist taps and we end up buying radiators and lots of other bits that we needed when we move home 2 weeks ago. Recently bought 3 bathroom suites from Chris and Time at G&M. All of them absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Both spent hours and hours looking for the right items to create what I had in mind. Everything arrived when they said it would. Can't recommend enough.

the whole experience has been excellent. We couldn't fault their workmanship, attitude, commitment to supporting us with completing the refurbishment of our downstairs cloakroom.
They took care of everything and kept us informed ,very flexible in our needs in regards to last minute changes from us.

Excellent customer service when I popped in to choose my new shower panels. Nick ran through all different designs and helped me decide what would look best. Staff always friendly and helpful when I've gone into the shop, definitely recommend.
