This company stinks. The goods shown bear no resemblance to what they send, that’s if you’re lucky enough to get them.
No paper work included in the delivery, no details to send back the rubbish they sent.
Ordered 2 Cashmere sweaters & got 2 poor sweatshirts. No reply to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered on November 28th and have not received the jacket or had my emails replied to. I called my credit card fraud dept. and they reversed the charges. Like it was said earlier there is no phone number or address for this company. It is a scam!

Absolutely unhappy by the quality of the product. As I understood from their return policy, you have to pay mailing costs. Overall bad experience.

Absolute rubbish. Tried to return goods. Impossible. Don't waste your money

2 lessons; 1) read reviews first, then order. 2) never order from Gantnier!
Cancelled order hours after paying. According to conditions they should refund completely if cancelled before shipping. Wrote to them. No answer. Read over notification 10 days later that items had been shipped.wrote again. No answer. Have informed CC company, who will refund. Items have been delivered. Will write again. If no answer; will give to whoever wants junk.

Like many others who have commented, I thought I was going to receive a quality sweater at a great price.

Pink sweater with 1/2 zip arrived after a lengthy delay, was poor quality and not as described or pictured. I have contacted the company requesting directions on how to return item (only allow a 14 day window from time of receipt) three times and have not received a response.

Responded to an advertisement on Facebook. I realized a few days later there was something suspicious about this company; no phone number/address. Only contact info was an email address. Found reviews on this site and tried to cancel the order. No such luck. As others posted, very cheap polyester advertised as cashmere. Absolute junk. Thankfully, I have initiated a charge back and the fraud department is processing it. Crooks! If you used your credit/debit card, do a charge back!

Was hoping I could give zero stars for the polyester “look alike” shirts they sent me instead of the two cotton cashmere blend sweaters they sold to me. Total intentional fraud. They took pictures from the websites of other mens clothing sites, produce cheap poly imitation’s that don’t even match the correct sizing they post, and ship ‘‘em to your doorstep. Don’t be sucked in by the great pricing, it’s actually very overpriced for cheap polyester shirts…

Add my name to the list of “I should have checked this out” before falling for too good to be true! What you see IS NOT what you get! 🤨. Not even close to what is pictured and advertised.

Horrendous! If the sweaters received are Cashmere, then I'm a monkey's Uncle! Cheap Tat, made from entirely synthetic materials (nylon) that look and feel horrendous and are definitely NOT Woollen, never mind cashmere. The sizing is dodgy too and I have now reported them to Trading standards and have asked my bank for the funds to be returned to my account via charge-back. The fraud office has also been informed. This is a SCAM - Avoid them like the plague!

Just received the pullovers I ordered at this website and it is definitely a SCAM. The material is the cheapest synthetic fiber, not even remotely cashmere what I ordered. I have just contacted the German police and can only hope that this company is going to be closed as soon as possible.

Ordered 3 Cashmere sweaters that looked fantastic, got 3 plastic tops with stitching already unravelling that look nothing like the pictures. Apparently Khaki is now a Puce colour

Scammers! The product they send you is far and away from what they show on their web site. There are several ”brands” that use the same (stock?) photos. Avoid or be prepared to be disappointed

This sort of scamming should be criminalised and prosecuted by the law. Shockingly cheap nylon ill fitting hideous colours - not even vaguely resembling either the description or the photographs. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not buy from this company! Cashmere my bottom! Awful cheap material ,one sleeve longer than the other and poor sizing!
My own fault as I should have checked but please avoid at all costs!
