One of the main strengths of Gantt PRO is its ease of use, as it is an online and extremely intuitive software that helps the management of several projects. Offering tools to control tasks, deadlines, costs and resources, it helps, day after day, the complete control of all specialties. Another useful point is the ease of importing from MS Project and Excel.

Gant Pro is an excellent application for project organization and management. This tool has helped me in the development of different academic projects. One of the features that I like the most is the ease of grouping tasks by category. In addition, I can choose the color I want for the category or for a specific task, keep track of the progress through the color change in the task bar, and be able to define it by hours, days or weeks. Actually, I am very happy with the use of this tool and I recommend using it for academic or professional projects.

I use GanttPRO for a university project since 2 weeks. It is super useful for my friends and me, to assign tasks to each other, and thus to ensure that we are making progress in our project !
I like the fact that it is a hands-on tool, no over complexified menus, and we were able with my team to start planning our project very quickly. For example you can simply slide tasks on the calender to change its starting and ending date. You can also add custom columns in the table on the left panel.
For all these reasons I recommend GanttPro for project management.

I think its fair to infer that all these reviews are subsidised and fake.

Moreover, the trial period allows you to use the tool but exports include giant watermarks, which has lead to a lot of wasted time. I only needed the tool for an hour to produce a Gantt chart with dependencies for a project interim report...

I was impressed with the ease of use of this tool, I definitely recommend it to my friends and people who are watching this.

Virtual resources is a kind of thing which really attracted me. I am pretty much impressed with the trial version. Support team of Gantt pro is also very supportive.

This is the software I find suits my requirements for a GANTT the best. As a student I am eager to aquire this software. I would not make this choice unless I couldn't see significant advantages with GanttPRO over its competitors. Earlier I have used a Excel sheet which has worked ok for smaller projects but as they have grown it has become more tedious. In GanttPRO I find the feature to make subtasks great. You can even make subtasks of the subtasks! This allows for both detailed planning and great overview. Also time reporting and the ability to comment the time reportings is great. I am looking forward to using it in my student projects.

Very good application to use online, it allows me to manage my individual university projects in order to organize myself and meet my goals.
I recommend this tool for several purposes that it simplifies our management life by being able to create a work group, assign tasks to people, manage times, and dates to be met. It also allows us to visualize a calendar so that it facilitates us to see what the Next task to fulfill and above all that is online, this and many more features such as importing from Jira to have a better experience, one of the most useful online applications that we could use ...

Grantt Pro is a perfect app for whom want to own the most powerful project management tool. With Grantt Pro I can choose exact how much time I can spend on this project. Moreover, the sub-project or list helps me classify and combine each task in the project to be more systemized. When use Grantt Pro, student can connect many subjects together, especially set the priority in the fastest way, more than any tool, include drawing tool. I use this site and add the role and workload to my friends or project co-owners, they can help me to edit and view their own tasks easily. I love this app, it saves my life <3

Our group at university decided to use GanttPro instead of MS Project to help keep us on track and meet report deadlines. It has been a great tool so far! It is so easy to use, and their video tutorials really helped everyone get a hang of all the functions available. All the key elements you need are available to use, assigning resources, costs and setting a baseline. This tool has helped us save time to focus more on the project work than creating a management tool which is how it should be! I would 100% recommend this to students as MS Project is more costly and can be harder to pick up.

I'm a student in my last year of university. Ganttpro is very easy to use and is the most intuitive site I have found. It fits my needs perfectly.
GanttPro lets you organize tasks by day, week, or month, and lets you set colors for each task and subtask. I can associate my team members with the project and assign the tasks to each one.
I would like to continue using it as it is a very important tool throughout the development of my project.

GanttPRO is a very easy-to-use tool, it helps you with your project planing, tasks time tracking, task assignement. Some of the features that are available are as follows: tasks progress process, create sub-tasks, dependencies, analyze time consumption on each indivdual task and the possibility to share this information. Also GanttPRO has a lot of additional tools, wich can be useful for you. It has an interface very user friendly and very intuitive, even if it's is your fist project you'll be doing just fine with this powerfull tool. I really think people who manage projects should give it a try and so I am sharing GanttPRO with my network.

I would like to share my experience of using GanttPRO. I have had the need to use it in the project management master that I am doing.
What I liked the most is that it provides a well-designed interface, easy to manage, intuitive and responsive. I have been able to create as many levels of indentation as I have needed, assign resources, add comments and mark different milestones.
Another plus point is collaboration with others as I can send emails to others, send them a link to view the schedule, or export the schedule and notes to Excel or PDF for others to see.
