Garage has always been a hit for me, from skirts to tank tops and long sleeves, everything’s just perfect. The sizing is wonderful and everything I get is just such good quality.

Honestly, this was my first time in a Garage store in a long time because there isn’t one close to me, I’ve always ordered online. I see all these TikTok’s of everyone so happy with their job and helping, but I felt ignored and any time I needed help the employees acted as if it was an inconvenience and ruining their work day. Just was frustrating because it’s my favorite store and was super excited to be on vacation in a city that has a store, and it ended up being not a good time. Again, store is great but social media hypes up their employees way to much for

Love the style of all these clothes and the employees are always so kind, no matter where its located!! Customer service is top tier. The quality of the clothes are so amazing. I will never stop buying from here!!

It was great! All of the employees were extremely nice and helpful.

All the merchandise was layed out nicely and in order. One of the workers helped me find my size in jeans. Only thing was that there were no workers in the changing room and I did not know when to go in or not

These are so comfortable! The short was still a little long on me (i’m 5”) but with shoes they are perfect!

The worker was so nice and smiley. I love garage and the new green envy color is one of my favorite. I wish one day to work here because of the customer service and the cleanliness of the store

great customer service although they forgot to take the alarm thingy magic off of my clothes so it looked like I was stealing so I think the employees need to work on that

I loved shopping at Garage, not only because of the clothes but because of how I was met by the staff. All the people that work there are all great, helpful and very accommodating.

It was OK. I liked everything in the store. It was so many things I wanted. I feel like a lot of things are very expensive and overpriced and one of the girls that was handling. The dressing room was a bit rude and hostile but the girl at the cashier was super sweet

I am really disappointed with the user experience of the Garage Clothing app and how poorly it integrates in-store. Having previously worked at Garage, it is frustrating to see these ongoing issues continue. On my app, my first and last name are correctly displayed, yet in the store system, my account appears as 'NA NA.' Additionally, despite my birthday being on June 19th, I never received the birthday discount on the app or via email. When I tried to redeem it in-store that same week, the employee couldn't find it and made no effort to assist, even after I presented my ID. I came back recently in July to try and see if it ever came in yet and it still didn't. The employees working at the Mall of Georgia location on 07/20/2026 around 4-6 pm were passive aggressive and laughed at me. Looking up the birthday discount terms on the FAQ page was equally unhelpful, as there was no information available regarding how long we have to use our birthday discount and when/how we'd receive it. As a frequent shopper who signed up for the membership specifically to offset the high prices, it feels like a waste of time when the rewards system doesn't work as advertised.

Received help in the store and offered different options that worked better than what I originally picked out.

The store was clean and overall a great experience!
