Fixed my garage door in one hour by replacing two cables. Cost £200. Cables are only £15 online so very expensive for less than an hours work.

Poor! Quoted me £1,100 for a new motor and fobs, just had another quote for £550 - tried to hard sell me on the phone, struck me as con merchants! Lady I’m no fool I smelt your BS!

Booked appointment for Morning, half way through morning was advised, it would now be afternoon. After contacting company was advised engineer would be with me in an hour. That was at 3.30 p.m at 5.15 p.m contacted again and was told all engineers finished for day. Have cancelled, going elsewhere.

Called Saturday morning after not being able to access the garage. The receptionist was polite and very helpful. I was told someone would attend the same day. Soon after, I received another call to say Peter would arrive within the hour. Peter attended and successfully accessed the garage. I spoke to Lee on the telephone to confirm what work I wanted completed and priced. The service by everyone was speedy and excellent. I will definitely be using again if we have an issue in the future.

Very rude and aggressive worker sent to me to see the job . He banged the door and refused to come in and see the job for no reason? I can’t imagine what was the purpose of visiting my house then ? Avoid Wubhus

I would have given no star review if that is possible, Like a lot of others this "company" turn up two guys very pleasant asses the broken wire on my up and over door, say they will call the office, the office will call me with a price, already sounds dodgy, £220 plus vat so that will be £273, bad maths too, I said HOW MUCH, and no thank you, the female unmmed and arred and said she would do it for the £220 all in, I said that was still way too much and no thank you. we all hung up. The two men that arrived did not leave and sat in the van outside our house for another 10 mins when surprise surprise the phone rings and it is now the manager, he said he will now agree to do both for £150 all in inc vat. so I gave in and said ok. The guys fixed the door and I paid he said I had a 12 month guarantee and I would get an email with a receipt. And I did it said NO GUARENTEE !!!! which is not lawful. do not use this company. rip off merchants

Garage door was opening at a very odd angle after something fell and got caught in it. Spindle was broken and runner bent.
Very pleased with Ricky's repair work. Door now runs more smoothly than I thought possible.

I had opened my garage door onto the back of my car and knock it out of its runners -- I called these people out and engineer called within 2 hours. It was fixed quickly and efficiently - the charge was £174 which I didnt think was really a rip off considering the service

Never, ever trust this company. Total rip off!
Please, please keep away from this company.

Called the company and was told that they would be able to inspect our garage door (where the brackets were broken) within the same day. We will receive a call an hour before the technician arrive which we did.
The technician was pleasant enough and explained that we will need 4 straps that need replacing. He said that we will get a quote from the company within 5 minutes.
We were given a quote of £330 which is a rip off.
We told the lady on the phone that we cannot afford that price as we are pensioners and the lady said that we can have discount of £50.
A total rip off for the cost of 4 metal straps that cost less than £100.
Please be aware of the above.

I called your company to repair my electric garage door. I paid over the phone but felt the cost was dear but I had no choice as my elderly tenants needed access to their mobility scooters. 4 days later and the mechanism has stopped working. I wish I had read these reviews before I engaged with this company as the feedback seems very poor.

Booked over the phone they turned up nice and prompt, Barry, looked at the door took my door key and sat on my drive. "The office" called, pricing the job well over the top. I advised them to leave. I then had to get my key off the chap on my drive who handed it over the chap didn't drive off and I received another call from John the ops Manager who attempted to negotiate a cheaper price. It was like kirby meets double glazing 70s mess. I'd imagine a lot of people are mugged by their shocking sales technique.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I parted with my money. My automatic garage door wouldn't open so I did an Google search and found Wudhus who I, wrongly, assumed was a local company and arranged a visit. A very nice, friendly man arrived and checked out the door and found the button was stuck. He observed I should have had a closing safety device when the door was fitted. I was quoted a price for a control panel and photocells over the phone before I agreed to the work. I had no idea what something like this should have cost but in hindsight feel I was massively overcharged at £780. I’m elderly, partially disabled and live on my own. I feel I’ve been scammed and should have been more diligent.

Read reviews after I’d booked the visit, have to say the other reviews were correct, quoted 432 pound for half an hours work after a half a minute look. A local company is coming to do it for 136. Trade under a lot of different names in different areas- beware

Complete Scam and ripoff. Should be banned for scamming customers. The guy came, checked and diagnosed that the door lock system needs to change. While the whole time the issue was the door rubber that had slightly got twisted. I tended to it in front of him and the problem solved ! He then just said door lock system is ok. What an unprofessional scammer and then he got away with his visit fees of more than £120 plus VAT for few mnts of visit and bad advise.

Wudhus Garage Doors / Garage Doors Fixed. Inspected my roller garage door. Their engineer, without any sort of examination, declared the motor completely faulty, and I promptly received an email quote of approximately £1200.

I had already scheduled a visit with Garage Door Wizard, who discovered the fault was minor and not a motor replacement. The door was easily repaired at a minute fraction of the original estimate.

Considering the current rise in living costs, I question why Wudhus would feel the need to overcharge customers to this degree.🤬😤

Guy turned up , inspected door (roken cable) stated that they change hinge / roller etc both sides , seemed sensible . Then price £450 for 20 mins work 2 new brackets ,rollers ,cables then set door up . Price rip off. Good thing, attended promptly the guy pleasant & knowledgeable & needed doing as quickly as possible. Won't use again .
A late addition , priced up what was used at local door repairer plus £100 call out & Labour . Being generous to company cannot get above £200 so even worse than I first thought . This company wants investigating by local governments country wide . This is just not right Total rip off .

Garage door broke and they attended 2 hours later … quoted me something I couldn’t pay… spoke to office and they were really good and helped me out … Ashley the technician was brilliant fixed the cables and the lock all within 45 mins and didn’t rip me off at all… Phil on the phone was so understanding … massive thank you

Called company to fit new springs on garage door, Technician was polite and capable. Following his inspection company rang with a price of £576. Foolishly I agreed but have since found that replacement springs were £80 each from the Cardale the original manufacturer and it took less than half an hour to fit.
