Inept or dishonest!
We hired them to fix a broken garage door spring ($400). After the tech left the door almost immediately stopped closing. I asked him to come back to fix it. He told me the opener was bad and all we could do was replace it at a cost of an additional $900 (it had never had a problem before). They told me that was my only option.
I called another company for a second opinion. He told me within 5 minutes the only problem was that the tech had simply not reprogramed the opener for the new spring. He fixed it in 10 minutes.
Net result, I had to pay someone else to finish the job correctly. When I called Garage Door Service Co they said the work they had done was "perfect" and it was my problem that the opener no longer worked when they left.
These guys are either inept or dishonest. In either case NEVER employ these guys. ZERO STARS if I could.
