I would tell anyone to never use this company. I had the worse experience ever. It was poor from start to finish. The guy that came out to give me a quote was not procise on what was going to be done. I asked a number of times can you not tell me if the roof wood was going to be changed. He said no but really he should have said it should all be changed as some of the wood was damaged at the ends and I showed him this. They made 3 mistakes on the quote they gave me. A window was missing on one. The roof colour was wrong and the price of the window changed. I kept them due to the reviews all looking good. They came on Thursday but left by about 4 and on Friday I was not in but was told it was completed. They had missed silicone off the windows. The roof at the back was exposed. They had not done fixing screws in the roof. The roof was up on one side. The fascia boards were poorly done. The front door was attached to the old wood which worried me as it was damaged by water. They used 2 types of silicone inside the garage and when I complained I was told it was not 2 types but 2 colours. Which I found to be a rude reply.

I have had a very bad experience with Garage Solutions, Thornton. They removed my old garage and did do a good job. However, after the new garage base was laid and Hansons arrived and erected the new garage it was evident immediately that there was a problem with the base as the garage did not fit on it properly. The back left side of the garage was barely on the base while the front left panel, at the side of the garage door, was not even touching the base but just floating about above it. Hanson staff said whoever had laid the base had started the garage ramp too soon. In order to support it they placed two wooden wedges under the panel. I complained to Garage Solutions who contacted Hansons who attended and informed me that the base was out of true, in other words the fault was not theirs but Matts at Garage Solutions. Matt attended some four weeks later and concluded that the garage was out of true, in other words it was not his fault. He said they could correct it by moving the garage. There is little to no base at the back and only ramp at the front of the garage. It is surely impossible to remedy THEIR mistake without first extending the base either at the front or at the back. Please potential customers be wary of this company. Their work is poor and they might say they will help you but they don’t. I would definitely never recommend this company or use their services again. My garage remains out of true on an out of true base, anyone who wishes to view it before they consider purchasing from Garage Solutions/Hansons is welcome to view

An excellent company to deal with. Matt and Emily were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process of constructing a concrete base and arranging a garage build.
After sales service has also been excellent. I really appreciated a follow up phone call to discuss my satisfaction and establish any teething problems.
I would definitely recommend Garage Solutions.
