Garasje Outlet is a "rare bird" : great seriousness and cordiality. And for me, it allows me to find some Guzzi discontinued products that cannot be found elsewhere !

Let me be blunt and honest here. If I could have given this company 6 stars I would have done so. WHY ???
I desperately need a new starter motor for our Loncin Generator. The last storm knocked out our power and electricity is the ONLY service we have here deep in rural Ireland. NO Power? No heat, no light AND NO WATER, as we are on our own deep well.
The starter motor was broken and we desperately needed a new one.

An internet search came up with this Norwegian Company that it listed as having it in stock. I had never heard of them but decided to email them as for shipment to Ireland they would have to quote. To my utter astonishment, Roger replied within the hour and this was on Saturday night !
He said he would get the quote out next day and YES, he was as good as his word. So... I ordered the new starter motor. It arrived here the other day. Beautifully packed & documented. When I say beautifully packed that is exactly what I mean. No post/courier company in the world could have damaged the unit, no matter how hard they would have tried.

In summary: Excellent & fast customer service. Properly documented and packed (and bear in mind, starter motors are not light !)
I was treated like a valued customer and they had never heard of me and i did not order something costing a huge amount of money.
This company is worthy of your custom!
