Do Not Use

My gift card expired as the garden centres shut down due to the national lockdown and I was only leaving the house for essential items for food and work due to my support bubble. Garden Gift Card replied that even during a lockdown there is nothing they can do as a good will gesture to extend this card, and it wasn't Garden Gift Cards fault the shops have been closed. Instead of using this company, put the cash in a card to give to someone. Shocking customer service!

What a bunch of crooks

I received a gift card as a gift and left it in a drawer ( as you do)

When I retrieved it and looked at it the notes said valid for 24 months from the date of activation. What it didn't say anywhere is that these cards are activated at the point of purchase and the time starts running down from that time. It now has a balance of £5.00 on it and the other £20 has been taken in fees by the company. They are not satisfied with having the money in their account earning interest for 24 months they have to deplete it so they can steal all of it.

Don't buy these sort of gift cards because these thieving ba****ds will take your money and take away your good intentions when you bought the gift.

These people are prospering on your good intentions where the recipient gets nothing.

Avoid at all costs. They don't even wear masks
