Healthy plants quickly delivered
Ordering was simple. The plants arrived quickly and in very good condition even though the delivery person seemed unaware of which end goes up. All the plants seem to be doing well after planting as well.

Buyer beware!! DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!
Buyer beware!!! Garden Goods charged us $500 for two Meyer Lemon Trees. When the trees arrived, the limbs were broken and they were early staged trees (mature trees would cost $500 not beginner trees). The trees did not represent anything they adverstized. When we reached out to their customer service, they credited our account $137. when we demanded a full refund or replacements. Their response was that they are working on updating their website so the plants/trees reflected what customers were buying! FALSE MARKETING and I have notified the Better Business Bureau!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Overall a good experience
Ordering process was easy. I ordered 4- 1 gallon grass plants and a watering can, and they were packaged well. I gave 4 stars because it did take quite a long time to receive. I thought for a bit that I may have been scammed. Not sure what happened there. Otherwise a good experience.

Poor quality plant
It was explained to me that Woody's Garden Goods Direct is in many cases an intermediary, meaning they are selling you trees from other companies. I have to assume their is no negotiation about the quality of the trees as mine was bushy on one side and sparse on the other. It could be me, but my experience with other vendors has been one where the plants have been nurtured and cared for during their growth.
