I was very disappointed when my hose arrived as it was faulty,I emailed to raise the problem and had a quick response .After several emails with photos of the hose I finally got a QR code to return it.I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone on Mondayand she arranged for a replacement which arrived today Tuesday.The last half of my experience was brilliant, it was just a shame there was a problem to start with.

Where Amazon and B&Q could not deliver, or guarantee safe delivery of item, you excelled yourselves. Thank you, the item was new, boxed, undamaged, and easy to put together. One satisfied customer.

Hose pipe was delivered quickly. It was well priced and does exactly as expected!

The goods did not appear in the advertised time. I phoned and was told they were out of stock - but my money was taken from my bank. I said I would give them 2 days to deliver and then wanted a refund. Miraculously the goods appeared the next day. The box had been opened previously and taped back up, but as far as I can see, so far, it is complete. Not terrible service but not great.

Good product, I ordered 2 items (1 large, & 1 small) the large item (hose & reel) was not very well packaged but luckily was not damaged ! Astonished not to see the hose coupling not sent together. A separate delivery required !!!

the item was delivered quickly the box was squashed which i notified the company they were quick to reasurre me that if any parts were damaged they would replace the item but it was ok good item very satisfid

so quick and a good price too, straight forward purchase.

Product arrived in pre opened damaged box. Hose inside damaged had a split in it very poor do not purchase from these people.

Tracking the delivery was impossible. Your system was repeatedly telling me my postcode was incorrect.

You ask me to review my recent purchase... Are you having a laugh? I haven't received it yet!

I ordered 2 things and only 1 arrived, I'm still waiting on the second item to be able to use my new hose. And the company say they are still looking in to it!

I gave 4 stars because of the customer service only. The parcel was never delivered but the customer service agent arranged a refund promptly. The delivery company you engaged spoilt the process. So, unfortunately,I will probably never order from you again.

Excellent product. Does what it says. Good quality, delivered on time.

I ordered a hose for my mother and it arrived pretty quickly, only to find the part to connect it to the outside tap was missing. I contacted them and they told me :”We have forwarded the details of the missing part of your Hozelock product to the manufacturer.
Hozelock will be sending the replacement item directly to you.”
It had now been over a week and still no part. I emailed again and they said they have no way to get a tracking reference or any information from Hozelock!! So the hose is useless. I’ve ordered a part from elsewhere. Will never use or recommend this company again.

Bought a 2 in 1 garden hose reel and hose. The price was way cheaper than anywhere else I checked. I emailed them with a query whilst waiting on the delivery, the response was almost immediate and had the information I needed. The item arrived intact, on time and complete. All set up, tested and working perfectly. I was a tad apprehensive when reading some negative reviews but I took a punt and I am glad I did. I can't fault the company based on this experience.

Ordered 2 in 1 hosepipe
Order accepted and monies taken
Evri Tracking Number Issued immediately.
No update on Evri website.
Told Evri had not collected order
No update on Evri for 2 more days "Still Awaiting Parcel"
Chased sender for update, Told issues with Evri and they'd chase.
Email then received advising problem with order offering refund or still want goods.
Requested refund. Advised in queue and 7-10 days.
Refund arrived today 13/06.
So all in all, not at all sure about Company as very strange customer experience but my refund has been received.

I have read other reviews and have decided not to place my order. My reason for doing so however is that the welcome 5% discount code would not work and there were several spelling errors on their site including the main advert which stated HORSE PIPE.
