The packaging needs improvement but the tea is excellent.

I bought the Anti-Inflammatea, Green Tea Ginseng, and Sleepy Tea. I am loving them each! Ordering was so easy and came in within a week. Canceling my order was also super easy, which I only did because I have more tea than I need at this time. Highly recommend!

For the tea lover in your family you can't go wrong with a sampler gift box. Cute packaging is important and Gardenika certainly has this covered. I can not offer a "quality" review as Christmas is is still a few weeks away.
All in all...very happy with my purchase.

I selected a subscription for every 3 months. I received another shipment after only 1 month. I went to "manage my subscription" and AGAIN selected every 3 months. I received an email to rate you, and found my subscription had now been changed to every 2 weeks. If you cannot honor very specific and simple instructions, I will order somewhere else from someone who can.

I was sent 2 bags that were open. I contacted their customer service, and they sent me 2 replacements, but I was expecting for the inconvenience that they will send me a matcha green tea bag as well and they did not. I am thankful they sent the replacements, but I was hoping they will want to go a little beyond since I was a 1st time customer.

I’ve been buying tea from Gardenika for a while now, and I have to say I’m really happy with it. The tea always tastes fresh and rich, and you can tell it’s good quality. I’ve tried a few different kinds - black, green, and herbal and all of them were really nice. The packaging looks clean and professional, and everything always arrives well packed and on time. I also like that they include some info about the tea and how to brew it - it’s a small thing, but it shows they care about the details. Customer service is great too. I had a small question about my order once, and they answered fast and were very polite. It’s nice to deal with people who actually care about their customers. Overall, Gardenika has become my go-to place for tea. The quality, service, and prices are all good. I’ll definitely keep buying from them and recommend them to anyone who enjoys good tea.

I was a first time customer. I ordered teas and have never received them. Customer service responded quickly to my emails stating my order must’ve gotten lost in the mail and they would be ship a new order. I still have not received anything.

I ordered three packs of tea each month for 3 month and got 6 packs for 12 months and now my shelves are full of Anti-Inflam_tea. The tea is good but the resealable packaging doesn't;t work. When opened the zip-lock style bag seal sticks to one side and can't use the reseal capability and for the 6 bags I have opened of the 48 still on hand this has been an issue.

My grandaughter gave it to me. She gave me 7-8 pkts of each type of tea. It was great tasting so I ordered more that order got messed up my card denied the tea. So I ordered again and I canceled my subscribe tea and it was handled very well by your staff. I actually need to reorder! I will soon ! I love your teas!

My package was lost in the mail. I suspect not your fault. I have reported it to USPS but I doubt they will find it. In the meantime, my regiment with my team is disrupted. I honestly think it was helping my inflammation issues.

I loved how fast it shipped to my house! I love the sleep calm tea and was so glad there was a sale when I ordered. I got to try the cinnamon hibiscus 🌺 tea too !! The sleep calm tea helps me to relax and go to sleep at night 🌙 😴 so grateful for it !!
