Poor Quality of Hangstoel
I purchased a Hangstoel (Panama) and within few days of slight usage , the metal at the hook part started chipping away. To my amazement , same issue was seen in display models when I visited the store from where it was purchased.
The only solution offered was to use a lubricant WD40 which was not stated earlier during the purchase.
The product was sold stating as "Durable , strong etc.. " however failed to demonstrate if this can be used as described.
I was told that this wear and tear is normal with 10% of metal chipping away with very minimal use and few months.
There are no replaceable part as well so the only way is to watch it reach to the threat level and discard it. Even though item comes with 2 year warranty , it is hard to understand what is covered in it.
