I was sold a defective product which the seller blames me for damaging. Disgusting way to conduct business with very poor quality products and extremely rude customer service.

Can I give this company a 0 rating. Bought the Gardening4Less Hanging Strawberry Pouch & 10 Bare Root Plants from Woot.com for an exorbitant price of 15.99(my mistake). Got a plastic bad with 10 twigs. Planted 4 weeks ago. Twigs still twigs, nothing growing. Stay away.

Unsuccessfully trying to recoup £50 I paid for rose trees and Allium bulbs I paid for on May 2018. Plants dead-bulbs crumbled. No customer service.website says due to recent GDPR they cannot have a customer phone support service-nonsense!! NO RESPONSE. NO REFUND. DO NOT USE!!! I am referring to official complaints+Which+Martin Lewis. Suspect they are bankrupt. They SHOULD NOT be operating and taking money. They are FRADULENT.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Used Groupon and Giant Lilies were sold out. I was told to order something else same price. Never received anything and they will not respond to my emails. Cannot contact by phone. Company Sinks!

Bought a great Lafuma reclining chair. Cheapest price and arrived really quickly in good condition.

I bought a groupon for an item from this company. I have tried to use the code to order my goods at least 10 times and there was a technical problem each time. I have emailed them twice to get some help with this and have not gotten any response. I am so disappointed and aggravated!

This company is ridiculous!!! We ordered our strawberry plats March 14th. Didn't hear anything back after 3 weeks so my husband emailed them 3 times and still didnt get any reply! Called and was on hold for 45 min. Then they said they didnt even ship it!!! (Typical) waited again and it is now May 3. Called again and they said it didnt have the apt. # on there, which i dont get because when they sent us an email in the initial time we bought it, it had the billing and shipping address with the apartment number. So whoever was processing the order was careless didn't care about their job. They didnt even call or email about not having the apt #! So if I had forgotten about it, they wouldve kept the money and wouldve sucked for us! Its been 2 months!!! I couldve already had strawberries blooming!!! So annoyed!

i wanted to connect two water butts over a distance of 5meters, Gardening4less saved me quite a bit of money on this one simple purchase, especially by suggesting using the hoselock pond pipe which is not only a perfect fit, it is sturdier, better quality and considerably cheaper than the rival connecting long length waterbutt connecting kit, (who I will not name but it is not difficult to work it out)!

Cannot praise this company enough. Goods bought cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered one day, delivered the next. Tremendous service. Well done
