Completely useless, AVOID the hassel and order elsewhere! Keep you waiting for orders that don't arrive.
I placed an order on 15th April , I was then contacted by James later that day to arrange delivery.
He offered me Monday and I requested it were an afternoon delivery as my partner and i were working night shifts on both Sunday and Monday. This was later confirmed by James.
I then messaged at 1130 on Monday as I had received no update on timings and wanted to make sure we moved vehicles for access for delivery. I was informed they were working out the delivery schedule and would let me know.
At 1300 I received a message saying you were no longer able to complete the delivery that day. There was then back and forth as we have multiple deliveries planned for Tuesday and wouldn't be happy for the delivery to be made when we are working the rest of the week as there are a lot of smaller items that would need moving to prevent theft and I had planned for people to come round Monday to help us move all of the delivery items into the back garden as we require access to the car charger on the drive for both vehicles.
The last reply I received was at 1308 and was then ignored for the rest of the day.
I requested a refund and was ultimately extremely disappointed in the service from your company who I chose to use in support of smaller businesses.
I then received a message at 0812 today (21st April 2026) asking if the delivery could be done today. I requested a time and was advised it would be in the afternoon. I agreed for the delivery to be done today after contacting 3 companies that were delivering to us today and rescheduled their delivery times earlier to facilitate this. All of these companies managed to respond in a timely manner and complete deliveries promptly as requested which further highlights your companies inability to provide good customer service. I have since received and moved all of the other orders to again allow space for delivery on no sleep following my shift and again heard nothing all day.
I requested an update again at 1730 which was ignored and again at 1844 also ignored.
The service you have provided has been nothing less than appalling and I expected better from a smaller 'family run business'.
I submitted this complaint after my order didn't arrive for the second time.
I received a what's app message at gone midnight to tell me the delivery would arrive at 8 30 AM the next morning, which obviously I didn't receive. The order then arrived at 7 30 AM the next morning missing items.
Your complaints policy states that you will acknowledge the complaint within 2 days which you have also failed to comply with.
