Lawn seeding topsoil contaminated - full of weeds

Shocking quality. The topsoil was heavily polluted with plastic, rubber bands, rocks and pieces of glass. Also super clayey, almost impossible to work with. Cannot recommend at all!
After contacting customer services about it they sent replacement, but the replacement is of the same horrible quality. Waste of money. Never again!

Easy to order. Lovely Veg & Fruit topsoil, I will definitely buy from this company again. The only reason I removed a star was down to the delivery. I only found out the delivery company was going to deliver on the day of delivery, luckily I wasn’t working that day. Topsoil Direct we’re good and the delivery company we’re good too, just a little communication from either would have made it a better experience. A word of warning for future customers, because I had read the delivery information, I chose to order the soil in bags as we have just a 3ft gravel crossover in front of our driveway and the trolley could not get across it, so I had to manually move it off the pallet via a wheelbarrow. It doesn’t matter how much gravel you have the pallet trolley cannot get over it. As I was expecting that it wasn’t a problem, the delivery driver was brilliant though. A great product & delivery experience, just a little more notice on the delivery date would make it a 5* experience.

Becky was superb in resolving a small issue I had with delivery. I understand the difficulties when using a 'middle man' to deliver your product! Great customer service, great price and great quality top soil. I will use again and strongly recommend!
