Amazing service can't imagine a better…

Amazing service can't imagine a better service. Had problems with my Gardepro e6 trail camera which developed a fault, got in contact, problem not able to be sorted so they sent a new Gardepro E8 PRO 2.0 FULL KIT and no need to send faulty camera back, all within 3 days, where would you get a service to equil that!!!

Unintelligible instructions

I have no idea whether this camera takes wildlife at night, because the instructions are so unintelligible that I cannot work out how to view what has been recorded. A request from the GardePro website produced no response at all.

I ordered a trail camera 10 days ago

I ordered a trail camera 10 days ago. 2 days ago I received a sketchy looking email (partially in mandarin and including multiple unknown recipients)about substituting a different camera. I sent multiple emails to customer support as to whether email is legit with ZERO response. But they had no trouble processing my payment. There is no info on the SHOP app either. Very disappointing

Completely useless support

My camera does not take night pictures. Their advice was to install a light. Further help was not given despite multiple attempts to receive other, more useful advice than installing a light source for a night time wildlife camera.

GardePro Customer Support is awful

I recently purchase 2 GardePro Cellular Trail Camera X60P Freedom Unlocked SIM-free With Rechargeable Battery & Solar Panel. I have had other trail cameras that worked great, and I assume these will as well. However, GardPro's customer support is non-existant. Their 24/7 online support never responds and I keep getting a message "we are resting" They also claim a 5 star TrustPilot rating, but there is nothing for them here. I have tried sending emails, but get frustratingly vague responses. I've call their customer support number in Hong Kong and no one ever picks up. Beware, there cameras are great when the work, but if you get one that isn't working, you can't even return it for a refund, nevertheless, get support to fix it.
