This is a fraudulent company, they send you piled up garbage in the mail.

Disputing the charge with my credit card company, do not buy anything off Facebook marketplace or instagram marketplace.

The ads made the products look so inviting for gardening enthusiasts. When I spent over 100.00 on the products, little did I know I was ordering from China. It took almost 8 weeks for the products to arrive. I wrote the company several times complaining but there was never a response. Today, I received the tools. They are cheaply made, as though they were welded together yesterday and then they covered the tools with oil. The pole that comes with the weeder rake was missing all together. When I ordered the products, nothing said that I would have to assemble the products. There were no instructions. The hand rake has a straight edge, the handle to attach it to is curved. I am so upset over the trickery used. I'm going to do everything I can to let people know that this company is a sham and it is a shame that the USA is allowing this kind of fraud to occur.

I believe this company is a scam. I ordered the iron weeding rake on 6/26. There is not a phone number to call - I sent a message - no reply. No product yet, and when I try to track the order, it says "nothing is available." What a joke. I saw this company on Facebook too. I will be disputing the charge. Such a disappointment.

I was really looking forward to weeding with this tool and I am disappointed in myself for not researching this site before I purchased. I was even ok with the many weeks it took for delivery - I can't believe the wooden dowel doesn't even fit the rake part - i will try to tape it or glue it or something to make it kind of work. Seems like it shouldn't be that difficult for the company to actually manufacture something that it is marketing.... SO bummed, Hopefully I don't fall for this misinformation in the future.

I ordered the Iron Rake and I'm so disappointed! The handle is too short to be useful, and the angle of the rake head makes it very difficult to use effectively. According to their advertisement, you can email them your concerns to determine if you are "eligible" for a return. I have emailed three times, with no response. So not only is it a product that I don't like, the customer service is the worst. I would NEVER recommend purchasing anything from this company.

No phone number to call. Not answering any of my e-mails or their “prompt reply” requests via their web site.

I ordered a weeding rake from Gardinea. It took a month to arrive, even though the shipping option was "Express Shipping (2-5 days)". Package shipped directly from China (something that was not disclosed on the website). No extra tariffs were charged, but I suspect the excessive shipping cost and overall price may have included tariffs (again, no disclosure). Handle is very short and not worth the price, and the product itself is cheap and shoddy. Company was not responsive to my email or website queries.

I am not opposed to items being made in China - I only get unhappy when a company fails to warn that the item is shipping directly from there. If the shipping option says "2-5 days", that is what I expect - not 2-5 *weeks*.

not at all as pictured. Take portion does not fit on the stick provided. To get any leverage you have to bend over just as if you are pulling a weed. SCAM

Cheap product from China. Took over a month to receive. Not worth what I paid for it. Agree with the other reviews.

Stay away. Took over a month to get the weeding tool. Product is beyond cheap. Paid extra for the wooden handle and it doesn’t even fit.

Customer service non-existent as are returns. Ships directly from China and takes awhile. The product itself looks so cheap but works. You can find the product cheaper on Amazon. Don’t bother wasting your money on the wooden handle to go with it. I can’t believe I fell for an Instagram ad and this website. It’s obvious it’s a sham of a site.

Same as all the above (or below). Paid, charged, no tracking info, no replies, no merch. Total scam. Why didn't I have the intellectual (or instinctive) wherewithal to check it out beforehand?

I paid just over a $100 for two weeding rakes and as soon as I clicked to buy I got the sense it was a scam. I got no response to my emails to cancel my order. What arrived was laughable: two small tools made out of cheap steel that must have cost $5 to make. They don’t even have handle grips. Now I’m trying to get a refund. Don’t buy from them!!

It's a scam. Didn't get a complete order and what i did get was cheap or used. No reply to my emails. Avoid.

I have been scammed. I ordered a hose pipe and fittings. Cost £66.00. I paid. I have had no responses from my emails. There is no phone number to ring them. They are still advertising on Instagram!! Please don’t get caught in this scam!! Heartbreaking!!

BUYER BEWARE! These criminals are not a real business and are scamming customers. They keep deleting their negative comments online, are not shipping orders and do not respond to emails. I have reported these people to BBB and you should too. Scum!

Seemingly a scam company. Take your money then you hear nothing. No response to enquiries and no progress on your order.

Scam website. Received malicious alert from my antivirus when ordering. Criminal behavior, receiving orders but not fulfilling. These people belong in jail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Advertise gardening equipment on Instagram - paid for a rake - no delivery - no confirmation. I emailed querying progress and received an invitation but the product again at a discount
