It's a Garmin fake, from a seemingly legitimate company

The company looks legitimate from the website, but after diving deep Into reviews there seems to be many that aren't happy with the quality, that watch took 2 weeks to arrive after paying more for a fast insured delivery, that seems to only be from the sweatshop to the airport, the actual watch feels cheap and the app to use it is awful, selected English in the setup and half of the options on the watch and app are still in Chinese.

Overall I was looking forward to the purchase but now 5 minutes of having it in my hands I have started the process to return it... People claiming it's great are clearly living in denial.

To summarise, the watch is half selected language the other Chinese, the app looks like it will steal personal information and I just don't trust it being on my phone.

Dont bother buying unless your on a budget and don't care about having your information leaked.

AVOID - SCAM COMPANY
Cheap, low quality, ‘China’ goods. I have been waiting for a refund for 6 weeks - receive only standard replies asking to wait longer / contact the bank etc.i purchased a return label from the company’s website - also returned to me ‘not known at this address’! Infuriatingly poor service. Buy here - loose your money !!! I’ve now initiated proceedings against them.

I have ordered a gard pro ultra 3

I have ordered a gard pro ultra 3. At the beginning I was very happy with my watch but after 2 weeks screw holding the screen fell off from the watch. I was disappointed as it’s advertised as the strongest smart watch out there. I contacted customer service and they were amazing, I have received a replacement in few days. Unfortunately I had the same problem with the new watch, a screw from the screen came off this time on the other side of the quadrant and also it doesn’t seem to connect well anymore as it doesn’t show the weather feature but it’s been 3 days with a question mark on the spot on the screen where the weather specs are supposed to be

Cristy was amazing

Cristy was amazing! My strap broke on 2nd day after receiving my watch. She asked for some pictures and then immediately sent out replacements. Kind and considerate a very valuable employee.

The quality of the product makes it a scam

This product and company is closer to a scam than a real product. In less than a month the battery is gone. After fully charged it last less than 6 minutes. I wonder how many customers just let it go and do not claim. Selling a product with such subpar quality is almost a scam in my opinion.

Strap problem? No Problem!

I bought my Ultra 1 watch last December, It has been a great time piece, however I recently noticed the strap was starting to fail, as it was less than 12 months old i asked Gard Pro Customer support if they could replace the strap - no problem and one was sent - sadly it never arrived but Gard Pro sent another, and advised that it should have been a 22mm strap, not the 16mm that was sent originally. Excellent attention to detail by Cristy at Gard Pro. The Strap arrived but did not fit my watch as it was an older version needing the 16mm strap (which was no longer available).
I thought this might be a problem, but Cristy advised they would send a new Ultra 1 watch!! to resolve the problem - which has now arrived - I'm very happy with the watch and the support provided by Gard Pro and Cristy in particular.
In my experience problems can happen but it's how they are resolved that sets the standards for others to follow.

Just don’t buy from them

I was looking for a smart watch and on the reviews I decided that I would buy the gard pro3.
Sadly this wasn’t for me when I receive it .it cost me a pound to get their address and then sent it back recorded delivery. This had to be signed for this was refused on the 25th November and sent back to me. I would not be buying anything from these people again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to do so absolutely disgusting. I will be following up and be wanting my money back.Aidan

The item took too long to arrive

The item took too long to arrive, so as soon I got it, I returned it without even opening it. The return was authorised by Gardpro and I checked the tracking this morning, they have refused to accept the return & I have no idea why!!! I have contacted Gardpro and they have said I need to wait until they investigate this and cannot refund me until they have the item back. Their warehouse refused it and I have sent everything to them to prove I had actually returned it, but yet they are still not going to refund me. Avoid this company they will rip you off.

Did not get what I ordered according to…

Did not get what I ordered according to their ad. I have emailed countless times with no reply. I will probably talk to the advertising authority.
I don't think they can spell 'customer service'
BTW. I am on my second. The first stopped charging and syncing but I put that down to back luck. But now it is a joke.

Quick response to issue and battery power

Upon contacting Gard Pro web site with regards issue with my Gard Pro HS3, I was given excellent suggestion in managing my issue with in the same day with suggestion (s) on different platform to forward video for diagnosis. It was quick, polite, and professional. On another note, I was and am very impressed with longevity of their battery. I can last up to 10 days without recharge, which is fantastic in my book.

Not working.

The second watch now sent out. Arrived after my first one failed to be waterproof.
Straight out of the box it does not work. Albsolute shit product. Leave this watch company well alone. I have now requested my money back. Don't get ripped off with this now very visibly cheap as f..k Chinese watch.
