Gareth James have been very professional in renting out my property, which they did very quickly. Tomos has also been very helpful and accessible.

Our experience with Gareth Jones was fantastic. After unexpectedly having to come onto the rental market we were a bit worried, but everything went smoothly and Tomos kept us in the loop at all times and was efficient, friendly and professional. We're really happy in our new place.

We’ve rented two properties with Gareth James, they’ve been attentive, accommodating and as helpful as they could possibly be! Our second property with a different estate agent fell through but after telling our letting agent we had a new property sorted within the week and it could not have been done without their fantastic work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let a property.

He was able to accommodate a last-minute viewing on a Friday evening, and from that point on has been super responsive and helpful in getting everything sorted. Overall a great experience.

I have just moved into a property let by Gareth James and so far Tom and the rest of the team have been very helpful and responsive. It also feels as though you receive a friendlier service from a local agency.

I am a new tenant in a GJ managed property. The process was easy and the team in Peckham very helpful. Tomos was quick to respond and got me in for a viewing at very late notice. He gave a very fair and balanced assessment of the property and the agreement and worked hard to meet my desired time frame. Very easy and stress-free rental process.

We are current tenants of a Gareth James rental property and are due to move out soon as we are purchasing a property of our own. I was dreading the viewing process for the new tenants as it can be intrusive and often fraught however I have been so impressed with Tomos and Stephanie and they way they've expertly managed this process. Tomos is very helpful and genuine and Stephanie has been incredibly considerate and communicative. They really couldn't have made this process any easier.

Was provided a mattress by them in such dire condition that it hurts my back and neck every night. I complained about this many times, but nothing was done. I had surgery on my neck due to a medical condition, and in the months after my recovery, they have still not replaced it. I am still in so much pain. Please replace it I still have 4 months of my tenancy left.

Update: They tried to bribe me with with wine to remove the review and called me daily to ask me to remove it! Don’t believe all the good reviews you see, they probably make a lot of people take them down!

Tomos is the reason we came back to Gareth James. Frankly, if he weren't there, we'd still be elsewhere. His attention to detail, responsiveness, humanness (so often missing with estate agents!) and honesty are second to none and have genuinely won GJ more work. He's a treasure GJ should carefully look after, he'll be in much demand in a market where these qualities are sadly lacking. I can't recommend him highly enough

We have had a great experience with Tomos at Gareth James he was so efficient given our quick turn around and went out of his way to get answers to our questions quickly and gave us additional info on the flat including internet and bill providers making the whole experience seamless.
