Hoodie and trousers
I ordered a pair of trousers and a hoodie. The trousers were all good and came as described, but I was surprised at how poor the quality of the hoodie was. Just look carefully at the pictures when ordering, they can be deceptive.

Horrible customer service
I ordered a jacket, in size m and the one i recieved was in size xs small? Also, the package did not include an invoice, so i didn't how i was supposed to return my item.
I then contacted their customer service saying that it wasnt okay and i expected them to cover the expences of me returning the jacket as i live overseas in Denmark.
Then, for ten days they didnt respond, even though they claim they respond inside 3 hours. I then wrote a new mail, knowing i now only have 4 days until my return, and this time they did respond.
They did not have any problems with the sizing because they "sometimes have to remeasure items as they can shrink" as if a windbreaker would ever shrink. Claiming the jacket is medium when it actually is xs dont make any sence. Somehow it got bigger?
