Worst service, didn’t get my order
I ordered yarn on black friday. There was information that it will take longer time to deliver that specific yarn colour, which was fine for me. After a week I got a totally different order. Ok, that happens sometimes, I informed the shop about it, used my free time and fuel to drive to post office to return products which I didn’t order. I didn’t get any compensation or discount for my order, which I find as a poor service. Waited for the delivery of my products, but these didn’t move forward at Postnord. I informed the shop about it, got no help, instead heard ‚but we sent your order’. Well it doesn’t help, as I haven’t received it. Decided to open a claim at Klarna to at least stop my invoice. Since the 17th of December the shop haven’t responded to it and the case is not solved. I ordered in garnaffären few times, but never again and will not recommend them as a trustful shop.
