Habe dort ein ganzes Pool-Set bestellt. Vom Erstkontakt bis zum letzten Kontakt ein toller Support. Ware wurde schnell und zuverlässig geliefert. E-Mails wurden prompt bearbeitet und beantwortet. Jederzeit wieder, kann ich nur empfehlen.
Druck-Teichfilter kam sehr schnell bei mir an, war gut verpackt, Karton war ni ht beschädigt.
Nach Inbetriebnahme stellte ich Wasser in der UV Einheit fest… das Quarzglas war gebrochen.
Anruf beim Service von Garten.com und nach einer kurzen Mail mit Bildern wurde ein neuer Druckfilter abgesandt👍

Vor genau einem Monat Ware bestellt und sofort bezahlt. Bestellbestätigung kam sofort, danach nie wieder etwas. Weder Ware noch Antwort auf meine vielen Mails.
Mittlerweile ist Wiederspruch eingelegt und als Fall bei Paypal gemeldet.
Einen schlechteren Onlinehändler habe ich noch nie erlebt. Von einer Bestellung ist abzuraten!
