I was having problems with the gas fire. It went out one day and would not relight. Engineer came and pointed out what may be at fault. New set of ceramic coals ordered, arrived next day and no more problems since. Really happy . Great service and would recommend to anyone.

Ordered and the goods arrived by 10 am the following morning. This is the 3rd time I have used this company I cannot fault them. I wish that other companies were as efficient

I ordered my two gas fire appliances late Thursday afternoon and goods were here before midday Friday the following day with no delivery charge. I must say I thought I ordered the wrong parts the size of the package but when I opened parcel only to see my parts very carefully protected I was very pleased.
