G4H South East Ltd 

I can only assume this company has gone out of business:
They fitted my new boiler last year and assured me they were always on the end of a phone and would carry out the annual services.
However, over the last fortnight I have left several messages and sent emails and have not received a response throughout this time. I also went to The Beehive and was told they had moved out.
Also, in December I was left for 2 whole days in minus 6 degrees without heat or hot water. The problem could have been avoided during the installation.
I am sorry if the business has folded as they were lovely people but I would have appreciated a response or explanation.

I had used Gas4Heat for a good few years now. They are always very helpful and reliable. Just recently I had an issue with my boiler and Jack was very accommodating. He managed to fit us around his scheduled appointments. Jack came to look at what the issue was and ended fixing it all on the same day. We are so happy with the overall service and the communication with Jack is excellent. A big thanks to Jack for sorting our boiler out so we could have a hot shower and be kept warm overnight! 😊 Highly recommend Gas4Heat!

I have used G4H on a number of occasions over the last 10 years. Their work is always excellent in every respect but I have to give them only 1 star for their communication skills. They never seem to answer the `phone or call you back if you leave a message. That said if you can put up with the aggravation of trying to contact them I give them 100% +

Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This was a chance find through the boilerguide.co.uk website and involved a large gas boiler replacement with all associated parts and infrastructure. Both James and Jack were very courteous, competent and tidy - tracking systems told us via text that they were on their way and when they would arrive. Andy (who came to do the initial assessment and discuss options) was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process from initial visit to quote to three day installation was made as painless and efficient as possible. Delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend.

Jack arrived promptly, worked efficiently and respected our home, left it tidy and clean. All features of the new boiler explained clearly, work completed in one day.
Top quality job, and a competitive price.

The work consisted of the replacement of our existing gas boiler and hot water storage tank with a new Vaillant boiler. I obtained four quotations and whilst G4H was not quite the lowest it was very detailed which gave me confidence in the quote I accepted the same paid a deposit and agreed a date for the instalation which they kept too.Their engineer Jack could not have been better and was a pleasure to have in the house. Whilst he did meet with problems due to our existing heating system being over 50 years old and having old pipe sizes Jack overcame them without complaint. Jack also kept as much of the heating working as possible due to the cold weather. THe finished instalation is working well and I could not be more pleased.

I replaced my standard boiler to Combi. Excellent worksmanship and service. Pricing was reasonable too. Pipes have been setup in an extremely neat way. Was very polite and explained everything with patience.

I had tried 4 other companies before stumbling across G4H via the Boiler Guide website. G4H were head and shoulders above the others.
They were so professional and easy to contact and did a great face to face home survey and left a complete quotation covering all aspects of the work to be done as well as an accurate estimate as to when work could commence. Engineers turned up at the allotted times and worked efficiently and cleaned up before they left for the day. They had a good support package that kept me updated via mobile phone text messages to say that the engineer was on his way and when he should arrive which had a link to a map that showed where his van was in real-time. Job was finished on time apart from the final commission of the boiler to activate the manufacturers warranty. This was due to the meter being used to analyse the flue gases failing. However we were left with a fully functioning system so this was a technicality. This was completed a couple of days later.

I needed to replace my elderly mothers condemned
combi-boiler quickly, as she had no heating or hot water. G4H were one of three quotes that I had arranged. Andrew their surveyor arrived on time, was polite and professional. The price was competitive in comparison and I was impressed by their communication with me. They got the Job.
Jack the engineer arrived on time and carried out the work over two days. I was very impressed by his high standards and professionalism. As an aircraft Quality engineer, I know about quality engineering. Jack was assisted on day 2 by his colleague Jamie, who also showed the same work ethic. All work areas were left clean and tidy, all areas were protected with dustsheets. Zero mess was left. Every step was explained, by the engineers and invoicing was prompt. I was left with a feeling of confidence. The work has since been inspected by British Gas for insurance purposes. They could not fault anything at all with the work G4H carried out. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Went with G4H after a competitive quote. Jack installed the new boiler and Hive. Professional approach, worked diligently and delivered a very good job. Good team work also in the day when colleagues dropped in some extra materials so Jack could keep going to complete on time. Nice one G4H !!
