Excellent. Knowledge, efficient and friendly. Our new boiler has made a tremendous difference to our home and as the title states we would unreservedly recommend Gas and Air Solutions. We certainly will not be using anyone else! Brilliant.

Richard’s work was full of excuses, no-shows, and poor workmanship. He flooded my house 3 times, left jobs half-finished, much of what he did had to be redone by others who couldn’t believe how bad it was. He avoided difficult tasks and seemed put out when asked to finish what he’d started. I eventually complained after he didn’t show for an appointment. When I asked for info so someone else could finish his work, he bizarrely took offence and blocked me on WhatsApp. Out of 6 agreed jobs, he managed 1 and a half, took nearly half the money, and disappeared, so we’re headed to small claims

Richard initially came with another engineer to support a boiler and radiator replacement and relocation and ended up doing the full boiler works. He was polite and professional from the offset. Great knowledge and experience - highly recommended! Richard literally saved my life thanks to his quick actions following the incompetence of the other 'engineer' - who was in no way connected to Richard. His colleague Kat came to support too and she was also brilliant! They will always be my first point of call for any plumbing / gas needs. Fantastic service! Thank you Richard, forever grateful!

Richard turned up promptly. He was very polite and worked efficiently. All his work has been top quality and we have had him back for boiler servicing, bathroom installations and water filter install. We’d recommend him for any plumbing or heating job and will use him again.
