Had our boiler serviced, we recieved a text saying they were on there way. Arrived 5 minutes later. They were friendly, professional and very tidy. We always go to Gascare. Excellent service.

You had arranged a visit with myself to do an annual service which turned out to be for the Worcester Boiler. I had expected the Aquair system to be serviced at the same time thus saving on costs. In the event servicing the whole system was authorised and carried out on the day. I would give top marks to the young man who completed the task. A small point but one that meant four stars and not five.

Very polite engineer, polite and efficient

I have used Gas Care for years and found them to be efficient. They are pleasant to deal with and notify you when they are on their way to do the work which is handy. They quickly email you not only the invoice but the necessary paperwork necessary when your item is under guarantee.

Gas Care have always provided a great service and quality work. The engineers are efficient and friendly and I have absolute confidence in what they do.

I have used Gas Care UK for the last few years to service gas appliances and do a Gas Safety Check on a property I rent out.

In the past, they have been very efficient and I rated them highly. However, this year I have found the administrative side of the business less easy to deal with. There was a lack of communication - they said they didn't have a telephone number for me - which resulted in delays in ordering the parts which were needed to remedy a fault. A fault which had caused them to pronounce the boiler unsafe to use (although all the appliances did pass the regulatory tests).

In their favour, I still believe the Gas Care UK engineers to be thorough, reliable and knowledgeable.

The men from Gas Care UK, were excellent, disconnecting an old gas fire and replacing two radiators. They worked speedily and cleared away any mess without fuss.

Lee came along and spotted the problem straight away (already had someone else who could not fix the boiler). Fixed the leak and ordered additional parts. Very efficient service from the Gascare team alround.
