On 27th December we found that our thermostat was faulty, meaning that we had no central heating. We telephoned GasCare, and were given an appointment for an engineer to call the following day, which we feel is very good service indeed for a busy time midwinter and just after Christmas,
The engineer arrived very punctually, and had a replacement controller in his van, which was up and running in no time, He was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. We have full confidence in recommending GasCare to anybody in need.

The second engineer did another check of the system, with a thorough clean, before fitting the new parts. He showed me the old parts which had caused the intermittent faults.
